Had the best experience of customer service in the shop at Karalee.
The lady was super helpful and very friendly and so patient with me deciding which one to get.
So happy with my placemats and coasters that I bought from the shop.
Looks amazing on my dining table .

Nice shop, plenty to look at, however if you want any kind of customer service, go elsewhere. I browsed the shop and was completely ignored by both staff who leant on the counter and had a good chin wag. The best shops have friendly staff who acknowledge their customers with at the very least a good morning or afternoon. I will add that I was the only customer in the shop at the time, so no excuses about being busy.
