Coles Karalee

A very clean and well kept Coles store. Parking here is always plentiful. Rarely gets very busy, Always plenty of trolleys and baskets available. Staff are incredibly friendly. The store itself is spacious and well laid out. In store bakery and well stocked deli, but unfortunately like other Coles stores, the in store butchery has just ceased. Very expansive product lines.

Alicia on the front desk was super helpful. Nice to see some good old friendly customer service still exists.

Always tidy. Only thing is never more than one register open. Self service seems the only option 😕. A little pricey on some items.

The clearance section here is so much cheaper than the other Coles stores. I find myself wandering in here even when I don't need anything just so I can check what I can buy.

Bogans as far as the eye can see......can smell em from the next suburb.

My experience with Coles Karalee was amazing. I like their specials section that they keep close to the entrance. Today I picked up a set of 2 chopping boards which were priced for $8.45. When I went to the self checkout it was showing me around $16. I thought that I might have checked the wrong price. I went back and when I saw it was the correct price, I took the picture to show it to the lady at the till. When she confirmed with someone over the phone she told me that it was a mistake from their end and this will give me the item for free. I know this is the policy of most the the superstores, but I also know that most of them instead of giving it for free to you, charge the difference. I appreciate the honesty of the store.

Team members always seem happy and cheerful, which really adds to a happy experience. Very clean and organized supermarket, with a great range of products. Recommend shopping here.

Friendly staff. Great range of products.

The staff here are all brilliant. No matter what your problem is, they'll follow through till it's solved. Management should be very happy. I'm not basing this on one visit. It's my regular go to place. They're consistent, helpful, kind and pleasant to chat with. You should be happy with these guys.

My local Coles🙋 always clean and a lovely atmosphere to walk into! Staff are always friendly and helpful. They do go the extra mile to help if needed. Thank you! ♥ Very grateful.

Always clean. Sometimes low stock on shelves over the weekend. Love the Deli, meat, bakery & fruit/veggie section. Specials well displayed.

New shop to the area and I want to say thank you for employing such friendly and helpful staff!! Everytime I've shopped here I have found the staff super friendly!! Great bargains too when things are marked down!! My new favorite Coles!

Great store, not too busy, wide aisles, Deli seafood range could be expanded a bit, served by Keith on checkout today, lovely guy!

I like Coles but the one in the cbd is dodgy as.. Well my first car, the coles at Riverside is fine but such a hassle walking to the supermarket and having all those annoying people trying to sell subscriptions or photoshoots in the centre walking path.

So I came here the other day to give it a chance. Fantastic. Hands down.. Clean, new, tidy, great organisation, it seemed like the staff weren't bored to be there but were enjoying there profession.

It all seemed incredibly fresh. Worth checking out
