There are hundreds of repair shops out there. Some are dodgy, some are okay and then there are gems. This shop is one of the rare repair shops that stands out for their quality of service ✌

I had my Pixel 5 repaired and here is what stood out:
* transparent communication on the quality of used spare parts (original vs. 3rd party)
* online reservation and ticket system that keeps you up to date on the status of your repair
* prompt communication via Google Business messaging even beyond regular hours
* quality of repair seems absolutely flawless

How the service could be improved further:
* Remove remaining glue that got pushed out when fixating the display to the body (can be easily removed by yourself)
* Clean the device body - just looks nice if you take 30sec to wipe the device front and back
* Don't ask for the screen lock PIN / password if it's not absolutely necessary
