Excellent assistance from Sarah today. First she helped with a problem and then, when I bought a new iPad, she helped with everything else. Although I speak German and was quite happy to, she spoke excellent English which is of course a great asset. Thank you Sarah!

I’ve been there many times, I have to say that nowadays it’s very difficult to meet people who know their products that well !! Forget about apple store in Vienna, it’s a disaster. If you need help or have any questions go there. Well Gabor, always professional, with exceptional passion to Apple is a great example for all people working in trading industry!! 5 Star employee !

A real professional team and i mean it! My MBP started to act strangely and i couldnt continue my work which has to be filed until next week. I was literally freaking out "what? no?! why now, why with me??"

I decided that i will bring into one of the two mcsharks in Vienna. Although i live closer to Mariahilferstraße i choose Wien Mitte instead (THANK GOD just look at the ratings of the other shop)

Gabor the service manager immediately knew what was happening with my laptop so he started to fix it. Within 1,5 hours my mac was functioning again. The cherry on the top is that he didnt even make me pay anything for his assistance. He saved my whole project which i was working on for a whole month now. A big thumbs up for him 👍🏻

They offer a real knowledge within the industry and in Austria if it comes to Apple services, hmm well its a bit hard to find a good team. I strongly recommend them 5+

Ich kaufe meine iPhones immer beim McShark Wien-Mitte. Das Personal dort ist super freundlich, mega kompetent und hilfsbereit. Ich hab dort immer eine Anlaufstelle wenn ich was brauche und stets eine Top-Beratung. Heute wurde ich von Herrn Petrovic bedient, der sich wirklich sehr viel Zeit für mich und meine ganzen Fragen genommen hat. Immer wieder gerne - ganz klare Empfehlung.

Der junge Hamza (ich hoffe, ich habe mir den Namen richtig gemerkt) hat mir so freundlich und mit großer Expertise geholfen. Alle im Shop waren zuvorkommend. Tausend Dank

Ich wurde vom drei Shop zu Shark geschickt aufgrund eines technischen Problems. Die Mitarbeiter bei Shark waren besonders hilfsbereit und haben wirklich alles und ihr bestes getan um mir bei meinem Problem zu helfen. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal :)
