Carhartt WIP Store Vienna

Most comfortable and friendly Carhartt store in the world! The price is much cheaper than in Taiwan. I even spent all the rest of my euros here. Additionally, I’m very grateful to staffs for their assistance in tax refunds.

Good selection of items and very kind and friendly staff, especially the guy named Martyn who served us. Definitely a must stop for whoever loves this brand.

Well. One of the rare Carhartt shop where seller are NICE, not arrogant and know about what they talk about. There, they will welcome you, help you, talk with you and they have the culture in their blood. I don't know all their names unfortunately but big shoutout to Martin who has a huge culture about Carhartt. Discuss with him and be sure to buy something ;) As I said, they are all nice and professional. I'm travelling often and always go to Carhartt shops, most of them, people don't say hello or ghost you or even act arrogant (Lisbone, Barcelona, one shop in Amsterdam, forgot which one but on the three shops, others were nice) I like to have a chat with the seller because I wear only and exclusively Carhartt, you won't see with anything else. A seller also from Mallorca who is from Switzerland is extremely nice and professional. In Paris also we could have a nice chat with the sellers and get great advices. Sometimes people also from the Head Office (I guess in Germany) are not always nice when you have questions. I spend lot of money in Carhartt, I expect better service. Expectations are met in the Vienna's shop highly without being fake, really grateful for that

The Irish gentleman at the counter was kind and knowledgable. I will definitely be returning next time I am in Vienna.
