Leider muss ich hier einen negativen Kommentar schreiben, was ich nicht gerne mache, aber ich fühle mich etwas gefrotzelt von dieser Firma.
Vor 10 Jahren komplette Hausinstallation um 25.000 Euro,
bei Problem jetzt :
Telefonat mit Firmenchef- Mitteilung dass wir diese Problem mit einer von ihm initiierten komplizierten Anlage haben und dazu Fotos per whatsapp geschickt.
Keine Rückmeldung 3 Wochen
dann wieder Anruf- keine Reaktion
Anruf bei Firma Festnetz- man wird sich kümmern
3 Tage später- immer noch keine Reaktion seitens der Firma
nach neuerlichem Anruf meinerseits lapidarer Kommentar, das machen wir nicht.
Also zuerst ordentlich abcashen und dann sterben lassen.
Das nenne ich mal vorbildliches Kundenservice
