Worst parking house I've ever been. There are no signs where the payment machine is, I was looking it for half an hour (it is hidden at the elevators by the way). There are many signs which are showing Frauenparkplatz, and saying "paying first then drive" etc. but there is nothing which helps you to find WHERE you can pay.... There are POS terminals at the exits but you cannot use them for payment (then why are they there???). Freakin' annoying especially when you are there for the first time and you are in a hurry.
Payment itself is also horrible. The machine did not accept the parking ticket and I had to use the "lost ticket" function which was not available only after calling customer service (which answered very slowly and was not really friendly....).

Leider schlechte Technik und noch schlechter geschultes Personal am Telefon. Und da ich mein Ticket vor lauter Ärger gleich entorgt habe , habe ich auch das zu viel bezahlte Geld nicht zurück bekommen. Danke für nichts!

Dieses Parkhaus ist eine Frechheit die Automaten funktionieren nicht genauso wenig wie die Schalter. Wenn man das Personal anruft jagen sie einem von links nach rechts ohne Hilfe. Repariert endlich mal eure Automaten!!!!!!!
