Viennaflat Apartments

We stayed at one of Martha's apartments for three months. It was beautiful, spacious, clean and perfect for our stay, we had everything we needed and Martha was the most outstanding host ever!! She helped us with everything we needed, was always there to offer suggestions and help in every way. I would recommend staying with Martha one hundred percent, the apartments are beautiful, spotless and super well maintained! The location is amazing, close to the centre and all the nicest spots and restaurant and shops. A perfect place to stay!

I stayed in the appartment last year in April and it was lovely. I absolutely loved the spacious, clean rooms and loved the cosy atmosphere. More specifically I fell in love with the beds and the bedrooms. I stayed for 3 nights, and all nights were one of the best nights Ive had, never slept so comfortable! The people that we rented the appartment from were very nice and welcoming, but not overwhelming and they were privacy respecting. They made sure to ask us if we needed something and even supplied us with anything extra we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can recommend it for sure!

A lovely apartment close to subway station and Naschmarkt in nice and rather quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious and airy, lots of natural light. The bathtub is a great addition. The Host is very friendly and helpful, even brought us a baby bed when we said we are traveling with a baby. Definitely recommended!

We stayed in the Naschmarkt Element apartment with a family of four for one week. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. Its location close to the Naschmarkt is perfect. The Naschmarkt is a very cool market with food stands and restaurants. The apartment is close to the Kettenbrückestrasse metro station so you can get anywhere in Vienna very easily. Martha made us feel welcome and is very helpful.

We stayed in the Top20 flat for nearly 6 months while on business from July-Dec 2020. The flat has old world charm with high ceilings, plenty of windows and wood floors. It was comfortable and spacious, with all systems working well. We had plenty of hot water when we needed it, and, as the weather cooled, the heating system was great, Since we were not on holiday, we prepared daily meals with the kitchen sufficiently equipped for ordinary cooking processes. Martha proved to be a terrific hostess, offering suggestions on local businesses and was very accommodating to our needs. The only caveat we can mention would be the detail that this particular flat has 3 flights of stairs , without a lift. For us, it was a great fitness routine since fitness centers were closed due to Covid. We welcomed the exercise and never felt it was a shortcoming. We would definitely visit again.

Wir haben drei Monate in der Franzensgasse gewohnt und haben eine rundum positive Erfahrung mit Viennaflat gemacht. Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau, gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und in ruhiger und bester Lage. Wir wurden von Martha bestens betreut, sie hat stets sehr freundlich und professionell auf unsere Anfragen und Probleme reagiert und hat sehr zum Gelingen unseres Aufenthalts in Wien beigetragen. Vielen Dank auch noch einmal für die Hilfe und Flexibilität bzgl. unseres unklaren Abreisetermins!!

Отличные апартаменты и расположение. Рядом мой любимый кафе музеум, до оперы 3-4 минуты пешком. Да, апартаменты находятся в офисном здании, но это даже хорошо, так как ночью было тихо. Днём тоже никто не шумел. Кондиционер отлично работает и спасал в такую жару +33 на улице было. Если вы соберётесь готовить, то на кухне все есть. Я не готовил ;) В апартаментах был холодильник, но без морозильника. Марта помогла мне с морозильником и я смог оставить у неё мои покупки (сливочное масло), которе здесь отличное. В России нет в продаже настоящего сливочного масла, поэтому приходится ездить в Вену, совместить приятное с полезным. Марта очень внимательная и заботливая, как моя мама. Спасибо большое за апартаменты и морозильник.

Wir haben in einem tollen Altbau Apartment gewohnt, total ruhig und sehr zentral. Alles sauber und genau so wie beschrieben. Sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr freundlicher Empfang! Viennaflat.at Apartments kann man auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

A good place to stay , when you are visiting Vienna. Very good position, good public transportation connection. I only can recommend.

The apartments are clean and spacious, newly renovated and equipped with IKEA furniture and appliances. The space is well planned, you can rest and work, children will find a place to play. A large bathtub, the internet works properly, the kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking. Otherwise you will find many nice restaurants here, either Austrian or international cuisine.
Good location, close to the bike station, bus stop and the metro is a bit further away.
Martha, who manages the apartments is very helpful and quickly solve all reported issues.
