Good range but avoid the weekends as its extremely crowded and busy

If you want a cheap and delicious schnitzel sandwich, come here. $4 each made a great lunch while exploring the city

This is a good supermarket at karlsplaz Vienna

Small Spar, we go there when others are closed (on weekends or holidays). They are usually crowded, so keep this in mind. This Spar has essentials to survive until the bigger stores are open (but I don’t think they have diapers, which is a problem for parents with small children). Convenient location.

Great place across from our hotel to stock up on local chocolates and coffee for home. Good quality Austrian and German coffee, and a plethora of chocolate 🍫 to choose from.

Offers a large variety of produce, perhaps a bit more expensive then the local stores, but, you do get a better product. It is situated on the main street in the old town, so it is not accesible by car. This also means no parking place. But if you have rented a Airbnb nearby, it offers everything that you might need.

Solid grocery store. If you are visiting go ahead and grab a variety of meat and cheese and pickled vegetables along with a great selection of extremely inexpensive and rare Austrian beer that you cannot get anywhere else.

Just another SPAR. This one is a little bit smaller and a bit pricier than the other ones but it's totally fine and good for small shopping visits. I like the orange juice machine that freshly squeezes oranges as you fill bottles.

Nice little grocery store with a variety of things. Quick, efficient queues.

Verry good shop. The prices are ok, various tipe of products. The people working there are verry nice and helpfull. We love shopping from SPAR GOURMET

The place is historical and beautiful and the staff is very wonderful

Great supetmarket in the area. Much better stocked than it looks like from the outside. Not only Gourmet things.

Perfect place to buy bottled water and packed food items. Ideally suited for tourist to have fair priced items here.

Far bigger selection that your average Spar, but the veggie section is a bit sad. Caters to tourists so the lines are often long at the register
