Wirtshaus "Zum Nepomuk"

We looked for a place with good reviews for some original Austrian food. We had Wiener Schnitzel and Waldviertler Schnitzel, salads and dumplings. Portions were huge and delicious and waitress quick and lovely to chat with. Super good prices for Vienna just be sure to book in advance since it was full when we arrived for dinner.

Schnitzel and Venison Patty is good, and the red wine pear is very good and refreshing.

Great local restaurant, service minded friendly staff. The foot is high quality, the specials are changing regularly. Try the various austrian wines.
Update: the food is still great but the potatoe salad is out of this world :)

What a great typical Austrian restaurant in the middle of the 10th district. Stumbled over there for lunch by accident but soooo worth it. The food is very good and high quality and the service is so warm and welcoming. It was such a great atmosphere there. Absolut recommendation!!

We live close by. Calm place. Food is really good (Zwiebelrostbraten, Käsespätzle, Gänse). Personal is also very friendly.

Gasthausklassiker in Favoriten, nach einigen Jahren wieder einmal dort gewesen und es war gut wie immer. Netter Service, sehr gutes Essen.

Jeder Besuch lohnt sich! Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Servicepersonal, sehr gutes Essen!
Im Sommer ist ein kleiner Gastgarten vorhanden, auch wenn hier direkt die Bim vorbei fährt. Auch das hat seinen Charme und man wird deshalb nicht vom guten Essen abgelenkt.
Wenn es auf den ersten Blick etwas teuer erscheint, ist dies durch die Qualität (nachweislich regional, saisonal, abwechslungsreich), nicht mehr der Rede wert! Ich empfehle dieses Wirtshaus einem jeden der in Wien, Favoriten mal etwas gutes zu essen haben möchte!

Zurzeit gibt es Tafelspitz - sehr lecker und wunderbar angerichtet serviert! Lecker wars und auch der Wein (Klassik 2019, Leo Aumann) hat dieses Mal gepasst! Auch meinen Freunden, die zum ersten Mal dabei waren, hat es gefallen. Ich freue mich auf das nächste Mal!

Wir waren seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr dort, weil meine Mama vor Jahrzehnten mal da war und es ihr nicht gefallen hat. Endlich konnte ich sie überzeugen, dem Lokal eine 2. Chance zu geben. Nun möchte sie zukünftig öfter dort essen gehen 😄 Speisen (Gebackener Kabeljau und Stroganoff) waren also sehr gut und jeder sollte diesen Kartoffelsalat mal gegessen haben! 🥰 Wirtshausflair kam auch bei uns an 😌
