Definitely worth a visit, everyone is so friendly and the food is delicious!
We tried to get an evening reservation but was fully booked weeks in advance. Popped in on the off chance of getting a table for lunch and managed to get one.

This is a must stop restaurant! The best schnitzel I have ever tasted! I also tried goulash and the soup as an appetizer which was good as well, but nothing can be compared with the schnitzel.

Probably one of the best restaurants we 've been in Vienna. The restaurant is a traditional one with very kind waiters. The food was delicious, a bit salty for myself but this depends on the tastes of the customer. I never add salt on my food, so for everyone else probably will be fine. The portion was value for money. We paid around 50 euros for 2 main dishes and 2 glasses of wine (2 people).

Good vibes with great food. I don’t know what the best schnitzel would taste like in Wien (Vienna) but the schnitzel they serve here was great! I had the chicken and my partner had the veal. The fried rosemary potatoes with the veal was AMAZING! Felt like what would be the equivalent of a really good pub in the UK. Waiters were great and spoke English to accommodate my uncultured self. As an unashamed tourist, I would go again - definitely recommend!

Stylish place with delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. The service was very fast, portions are large and we had to get 2 boxes even though the ribs and pork medallions were delicious. Not cheap but reasonably priced for the area. Expect 50+ per person with wine. Parking would be problematic, walk or take a cab, reservation is required.

Food was great, service I'd rate at 4.5 not 4 only because the poor fella who was serving us seemed run off his feet, another staff member coming to check on peoples needs would not hurt.
Schnitty was banging. Wine was good. Decor and ambience, excellent. I ate so much I nearly split my pants. Thank you. Would I return? Yes.

Great Schnitzel! Puerstner was recommended by my hotel concierge and I was not disappointed! The restaurant is decorated nicely and the atmosphere was great. The schnitzel was brilliant and I believe it was ranked as one of the top 3 in Vienna when I visited. The staff were lovely and they also had a great beer selection. Definitely worth a visit but I'd consider booking ahead to avoid disappointment.

Overall, I will give it a 5 stars. We ordered the gratinated snails in garlic butter and tafelspitz. Both were nice and the staff service made it even nicer! The staff, Damien was very jovial and initiative. He brought us drinking water as we did not order any drinks and lighted the candle to make it romantic for us. He also shared with us on how Austrian would eat the tafelspitz, which is to mix the roasted potato, chive sauce and apple horseradish together with the boiled beef. It was a nice combo! The place is a bit dark, which is normal in this part of the world but good for eating together. Recommend to everyone to try.

Beautiful traditional Austrian decor and atmosphere. Extensive menu, good food and great service. We'd certainly return on our next visit to Vienna and recommend.

I took a traditional Schnitzel and it was really good. Under the meat there was a whole portion of boiled potatoes which were delicious as well.
In my opinion the price is too high (23,9€), but this is the price range in Vienna for this dish.

This restaurant offers many local dishes and they have mastered the traditional Viennese Schnitzel. There is a variety of local tap beer - fresh and tasty. What really makes a difference here is the service - fast, informative and with a smile. The perfect combination for a successful business. Highly recommended place for hungry tourists and travelers staying in Vienna. One little advice: make a reservation, it's very busy in the evenings!

Chose this restaurant as it gave to me the authentic Austrian feel/ decor. The food it self was delicious and came out fast. Service was great, everyone was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend & would visit again when in Vienna. Thank you!

The food was very good, yet affordable and the server was very nice.

I loved this place. First staff and very friendly and helpful. Very quick service and fresh food. Food is absolutely delicious, full of flavors. The Schnitzel was very tender and juicy. Very nice place indeed.
