В целом нормально. Есть посудомоечная и стиральная машины. Много посуды. Холодильник. Плита. Фен. Из минусов - ужасный диван. Спать на нем невозможно. Продавленный и скрипит ужасно. А вот кровать хорошая. Телевизор не работает. В ванной вода стекает плоховато. За окном не шумно. Рядом очень хорошее кафе. Парк Пратер совсем рядом. Рядом огромный магазин Билла. Метро в 10 минутах ходьбы.

Nel complesso sufficiente. Aspetti positivi la posizione, vicino al prater; negozi e supermercati molto comodi compreso il billa in piazza prater che è sempre aperto domeniche comprese (cosa non ovvia in Austria); fermata metro a 10 minuti di cammino. Aspetti negativi: divano letto scomodo, non c’è neanche una spugna in cucina, spazi molto angusti, pulizia sufficiente, palazzo datato

Very bad experience. Check-in time in accordance with recepcionist availability. She ( Maria)didn't provide any information and she was never available. The Apartment is on the 3rd floor of a poorly cleaned and maintained building located in Viena red light district. The Apartment is too small for 4 people. There was not enough toilette paper for 4 people, and despiste the fact that have been asked several times to be provided, the Lady never replied to any message or phone call. Fortunately, was just a minor problem (in Viena in a Sunday is not easy to solve once everything is closed) . Imagine If ir easy something really serious.
