Ristorante Firenze Enoteca

My wife and I just had one night in Vienna before returning to North America and we stayed near St. Michael's in older Vienna. Walking around downtown, we were attracted to the Firenze Enoteca by its decor and wonderful menu. We were not disappointed.
We started by sharing a prosciutto and melon and then my wife had the seafood tagliatelle and I had the veal cutlets in lemon. Both dishes were absolutely outstanding. The service was well-timed, friendly and the restaurant also had pleasant live music. This is one of the better Italian restaurants we have ever eaten at and one I would recommend with six stars. I say that unreservedly, even though we are from Montreal with a large Italian community and a wealth of really good Italian restaurants. If you're in Vienna, the Firenze Enoteca is not to be missed.

Overall, my experience at Ristorante Firenze Enoteca was enjoyable. The Tuscany cuisine was authentic and mouth-watering. The restaurant has a cozy, intimate atmosphere, decorated with photographs of famous guests from the world of theatre and opera. Though the restaurant is situated in a hotel, it has its own distinct charm that makes it stand out from other hotel restaurants.

The only downside was the restaurant's appearance, which could use a facelift, but it is not a major issue as the delicious food and charming atmosphere compensate for this. However, one thing that could be improved is the washroom, which is located up a flight of stairs. It is a bit inconvenient.

The restaurant has retained the charm of the cheerful gatherings of the theatre bohemia of the nineties. It has a long history of hosting parties and events for the theatre community, and you can still feel the lively energy of those times when you visit. It adds an extra layer of character to the restaurant and makes it a unique destination for anyone interested in the cultural history of the area.

And tiramisu is just delicious.

Nice place! The food were really great! The waitress was very nice! We ordered too much at the beginning. The waitress recommend that it appears to be too much and which menu would she drop out. This allow us to as well enjoy the dessert at the end.
I would revisit this restaurant again next time!

Found this beautiful restaurant this evening while in Vienna, our favourite meal so far, excellent food and fabulous staff

We had a very delicious dinner here during our visit in Wien. The staff was friendly and the service was very quick so we needed to wait only 10 min for our pasta. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who do not want to owerthink the dining out and searching for a good place to eat in the Innerstadt of Vienna with a good price/value ratio considering it's location as well.

Delicious food from Italian cuisine

I genuinely don't understand any of the negative reviews about this restaurant.
I was here 2 years ago and I still talk about it regularly...
Hopping between 6 countries, this place is 1 of my top 2 favorite restaurants. Absolutely beautiful inside and the food is phenomenal. It's easily the best Italian food that I've ever had.
As for the prices... they're perfectly fine. Vienna is just pricier as a whole.
