One of a kind experience. The agency did not react to my request to view the property for rent. I had to call. I was told I have already received an e-mail with the proposed date/timing of the visit. I didn't. Instead we agreed upon the visit details per phone and I was asked to write an e-mail confirming the arrangement. I did write an e-mail immediately. I got an e-mail back confirming the visit date/timing. But no exact address. I inquired about the address details, and got an e-mail with the updated Exposé details- now there was address present. BINGO;) My visit to the property was quite a surprise for the current dwellers - the real estate agent forgot to inform me that the property was already rented...... What a great service........What a waste of my time....
