Rathauspark

I was there for the Christmas market in December 2023. It was super pretty. They did such a nice job decorating everything with cute lighting. There are several vendors selling different items and delicious food and drinks. There is also a nice and long ice skating rink that you can get in. You can bring your own skates or rent them. Renting online will save you 10%.

The park is not to big, but all the decorations are gorgeous, great spot to check it out during Christmas time. It gets a big crowded during the weekend but filled with the holiday spirit.

Beautiful gardens that host a Christmas market over December. Beautiful lights. Gets quite busy in the evenings but a must see.

Vienna City Hall is on Rathausplatz and is one of the most beautiful buildings of all City Halls. Its rich design, with five towers and numerous entry points are just showing the greatnes of this historical building. During festive season it is even more beautiful because of all the lights and xmas trees arround, making it the best Christmas Market experinece of Vienna. It is definately an attraction worth exploring.

One of the most magical Christmas markets in Vienna. If you prefer not to queue for the food, drink and gifts then visit early evening. However, you can't beat the atmosphere when it gets dark and the illuminations are at their most spectacular.

Good size Christmas market and a really nice place to walk around. The only time I've been here was at Christmas, but I can recommend it.

I visited this when there was a Christmas market opening. It was truly beautiful, with wonderful decorations and a true festive, holiday atmosphere.

We’ve been here for Christmas, there is really good ice rink. One of the biggest Christmas fair in Vienna. You should definitely visit it in winter

This is a wonderful park with winding paths and shady trees with fountains and sculptures. It is often a spot for events like the film festival and concerts. There are multiple public bathrooms and easy access to transportation. Very open and a nice place for a stroll in the evening or really at any time.

Nice park which was the site of the christmas market when I visited. Lots of small stalls and rides for children. Ice skating ring with facility to rent skates and lockers also available.

The holiday bells are ringing, get inspiration from this beautiful Christmas market in the front of City Hall of Vienna and in Rathauspark. Come and see!

We were here in winter, and after the christmas market they turn it into a skating rink, the Vienna Icedream.

Very nice park. Speciály during christmas time. One of the Best christmas markets in Europe.

Cool park with winding paths and plenty of seats everywhere. Located in between Parliament, city hall and arts theatre, its super easy to reach by trams, buses, cycles, or on foot. There was a film festival going on when we visited which added to the vibes of the place. The park has some cool statues and a water fountain.

Beautiful Christmas market, highly recommended. They even have an ice skating trail.

Very beautiful ChristmasKidlmarkt. Hot wine - 5,5 euro. Very very nice - lot of food and lot of Christmas gifts, decorations etc. Highly recommended!
