Trickymind Museum

Mind-blowing experience! It looked unassuming from the outside but the murals are insane, and the augmented reality makes them even better. Walking around the bottom floor feels like a trip through the mind of an artist. I loved this dragon piece especially! A must do in Vienna for the alternative crowd

Very interesting experience for all ages, paintings are real paintings on the walls, not digital prints like in other museums of this kind in Vienna. the underground is fantastic, paintings from klimt and other famous artist are displayed in all walls with a black light effect ( glow in the dark). there are 3 floors and outside the underground all paintings are in 3D, so you can take pictures with your normal camera and for experiencing the Augmented Reality you can download the application for Android and iOS , just before you go make sure to consult their website and check if your smartphone support the AR features( animations) otherwise you can get a phone at the entrance and they will mail you all the files immediately before you leave the museum. I will change a little bit the lighting and add maybe some ambient music but other than that is an amazing experience. Also there is a coffee in the museum where you can get Italian snacks and amazing coffee, totally worth to see!

Absolutely amazing! Really enjoyed EVERY SINGLE installation. Fun for all ages so don't hesitate to bring your kids too! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

Great experience in this totally new museum. It’s still a “secret” tip. You can take the photos with a normal camera or via their own app that adds augmented reality elements to photos or videos.
You could “do” the whole museum in 1 hour, but is you want to enjoy it, plan on at least 3 hours.

Still seems to be a well kept secret. Been there with my kids twice and it's always almost empty. However it's a lot of fun for the kids with the little videos you can take. A must see is the basement with the Klimt pictures with blacklight.

Wow! This is such a hidden gem in Vienna, I loved the mind-bending mural paintings and the AR interactivity. It was also amazing to re-discover all of Klimt's paintings in a completely new setting. Big recommend to anyone visiting Vienna, it's so worth a visit

Eine tolle Erfahrung:Man macht Fotos und Videos mittels einer eigenen App, in denen man sich selbst bzw. andere Personen in Bilder / Gemälde integriert (Augmented reality).Soundeffekte gibt es auch.So wird man z.B. Teil einer Zombie-Attacke, kämpft gegen Drachen, gondelt durch Venedig oder duscht in Geld.Macht sehr viel Spaß, aktuell kostet der Eintritt noch 10 Euro pro Person, ab 2020 dann 13 Euro.Das ist es aber auf jeden Fall wert, die "Bilder" erstrecken sich über 3 Stockwerke, man braucht ca
1,5 Stunden, um sich überall in Szene zu setzen.Das Haus existiert erst seit 4 Monaten, daher ist es zur Zeit nicht stark besucht und man kann in Ruhe die Bilder machen.Wer Spaß an so etwas hat, sollte unbedingt hingehen!

Es hat viel Spaß gemacht die kleinen VR-Szenen zu entdecken. Ein tolles, spaßiges Erlebnis, das man mal ausprobieren sollte, wenn man in Wien ist. Auch das Personal war super freundlich. Tipp: Unbedingt mit vollem Smartphone-Akku hingehen. ;-)

Sehr viele interessante Motive, wo man sehr schöne Fotos machen kann. Guter Service und sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Viel Auswahl für viele Arten von Fotos, perfekt für einen Ausflug mit Freunden oder Familie. Ein Selfie Stick ist von Vorteil!

Haben viele Fotos gemacht ist sehr lustig und man kann auch bei einigen Stationen kreativ selbst was entwickeln das Personal ist sehr Freundlich und hat nebenan ein Kaffee wo man mit den Karten 1€ weniger zahlt :-D nur zum weiter empfehlen
