Best service! Super professional, they know their stuff, can answer any questions (that’s after I first went to a different store before) with utmost patience and respect.

Visiting Vienna from London for work. My MacBook Pro had a problem and I popped it into McSHARK. They promptly inspected it, gave the fan a clean out and recommended I have the fan replaced: they weren't able to do it as the part needed to be ordered in. They didn't charge me either. Very friendly, efficient service!

My wife's Iphone had an error message she could not clear one morning on the 3rd of August to restart her phone, nor could I clear it trying to look up how to fix it on the internet, so we walked over to the McShark store and the gentleman at the counter could not have been more pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue and reducing our stress about not having her phone work several thousand miles away from home. Thank you McShark!

Mein Display war komplett zerstört und apple sagte mir, dass alles verloren sei. Ich bin zu McShark gegangen und die haben ein neues Display eingebaut um an die Daten zu kommen, haben alles extern gespeichert, und dann auf mein neu gekauftes Handy gezogen. HAMMER SERVICE. Sehr professionell, freundlich, und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne und kommt hierher bei irgendwelchen Problemen. Ist auch gar nicht teuer im Vergleich zu Apple Service. Super günstig für den Service den ich bekommen habe. Ganz toll. Ich bin absolut begeistert 🤩 habe alle meine Fotos und Erinnerungen wieder. ☺

Sehr sympathisches junges Gut informiertes kompetentes Team, haben das verstopfte Mikro des iPhones meiner Tochter innerhalb kürzester Zeit frei gemacht. Klingt wie neu! Während der Wartezeit kann man im schwarzen Kameel direkt nebenan einen Spritzwein genießen.

Bei meinem Apple Pencel ist die Spitze abgebrochen, im Apple Store hieß es Stift einschicken und Möglicherweise muss man einen neuen kaufen. Bei Mc Shark: in 10 Minuten repariert und kostete nur 15€ Danke nochmal für den tollen Service!!!!
