This very upscale, 6-story department store has a little something for everyone. It is very centrally located and situated perfectly in the heart of Stephansplatz, Vienna.
The store is sparkling clean, and the service of the salespeople was superb, friendly and helpful.

I just got around to posting a review today. On 05/25/2023 at 5
40pm I sat in the Sky Bar in Steffl and ordered 1 bottle of Perrier Jouët - my favorite champagne. The waiter, passionate about his job, served me in a way where I now want to rain flowers from heaven for him. He invited me to a piece of truffle cake and made the moment an event for me. I thank this waiter in this way for the so extraordinary and so far unique service! Just as he bowed to me and made room for me to be very special, I now bow to him. I will be back for you!!! I wish there were more waiters like you! Thank you

Visited the 3rd floor a few months ago and the lady at drykorn was really helpful. Needed some shirts and I visited her again today , she always knows which colors fit me. Thank you for all your help !

Amy from the Watch department was the nicest and most helpful person I've ever met. She went above and beyond to help me with a difficult situation with my watch (which had an incorrect certificate and couldn't be sold). She found a solution for me and got me my watch. Highly recommend Steffl and Amy!

Great shopping spot in Vienna. I bought a Nicasconcept bag here, the sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly. The Sky cafe offers great city sunset views and the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

A variety of brands and you can get discount if you join their club for free. Also Tax free is option.

We went up to the skybox to have a coffee and see the city from high up it was definitely worth the effort we had Apple strudel with sherbet it was very good a chai tea latte I really enjoy apero sprizz !!!

Very large store with in house TAX FREE counters and a beautiful Restaurant, SKYBAR ON the 7th floor of the store. All promi ent brands on discounted prices.

Nice and well organized departmental store

Great store has so much in the way of fashion and Quality clothes for both Men and Women at all price levels.

I found the prices much higher than London.....you could spend a couple of hours just mooching around.

The staff are so nice and helpful.

Set in a pedestrian walkway amongst many other shops and restaurants.

Dont bother with a car not needed.

Metro system great....and on time

Best time to go is of course Xmas
