I had a wonderful time learning the chocolate making/decorating basics - with the very talented and enthusiastic Selma.

When I did the workshop on Wednesday there were about 15 other guests - it was fun and Selma kept it on track. The quality of the chocolate they make and use is amazing(fair trade) and tastes delicious. Selma was very informative during the workshop.

I came back the following day to try the Praline workshop (a private session!) which was also interesting and they are so tasty. I now understand the basic concepts to try at home with a little more confidence.

Selma was fab and Ganga behind the counter/reception was delightful and very helpful. I enjoyed it and had a lot of fun - it’s not a extensive in detail session about roasting/grinding and tempering to make the actual chocolate and that is explained on their website- it’s a insight into chocolate , gives you an understanding and allows you to get some hands-on knowledge. I definitely want to try to create my own chocolate at home and now I have the basic info to do that along with a few days supply of delicious chocolate to nibble on !
Perfect for adults, teens and children alike !

My wife and I enjoyed the chocolate making workshop. It wasn’t a learning experience, but more of the fun in decorating chocolate bars. Mixing hot chocolate to taste was also a treat.

Not much of a museum to see, but the staff were friendly and the chocolate delicious.

Excellent experience for kids and adults! The visit included an 1-hour workshop and a tour in a small interactive museum. The workshop was composed of two parts: chocolate making and hot chocolate preparation. Highly recommended.

I loved this experience. We get to make our own chocolate bars with toppings of our choices. We have the mold of the chocolate then go to the machine and have liquid chocolate pour on it. The guide shows us how to make the chocolate smooth on the mold. We have a choice of toppings: gummie bears, pretzels, peanuts, m&m, coconut shavings, banana slices, marshmallows and some others that I can’t remember. After we decorate we place the chocolate in a mini fridge. We can make 3 chocolate bars each. You have the option of white chocolate or dark or milk chocolate. After the chocolate making we make milk chocolate. Our guide was amazing and so knowledgeable. I had so much fun. And when you’re done you can go downstairs to their mini museum and learn more about the history of chocolate. Has some cute opportunities for pictures. There’s lockers where you can place your things at the beginning of the experience. Thank you for the memorable experience.

The workshop is something you have to try! We walked in not really knowing what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised. We bought workshop tickets and it started right at noon. The workshop lasted an hour and we learned all about the cocoa and how chocolate was made. Then we got to make our own chocolate bars with our own toppings and we also made a special drink! I’ll leave that to be a surprise. Underneath is a small museum for nice photo opportunities. Great experience!

I went to the chocolate bar making class here as a solo traveler and it was super fun! The staff are extremely nice & able to give instructions in English as well! We made 3 chocolate bars each and hot chocolate! You can customize your chocolate with many different toppings! Afterwards you can visit the small chocolate museum downstairs! Overall, I would recommend this to anyone! Also kid friendly, of course!

The place is nice. But museums is very small. 90% of the museum is kept in close after COVID. Very small part of the museum remains open for the day.
The main attraction is the chocolate making workshop.

Brilliant Place to visit and take some time out of your day to have fun!

The session was super informative and enjoyable. I didn’t know a lot about chocolate when I came but left as an expert.

The chocolate was delicious and super fun to make!

Customer service was great, i’d recommend brining a bag along so you can take your chocolate home.

Thanks
