Shin Taiwanese Eatery

Shïn was a great spot for an impromptu dinner date. Delicious flavorful food, vegan options for all offerings. The quantities were wholesome.
Highly recommend their Ma Po Tofu & Wok Chicken Noodles.
Matcha Cheesecake was slightly underwhelming with the matcha only sprinkled on top. The passion fruit sauce was dominating the flavors.
The staff was very friendly & the outdoor seating was perfect for the weather. Would definitely repeat!

They have the best fried tofu!
I really like the envuronemnt of this restaurant and I enjoy going there with my friends every once in a while.

Also the places to sit outside are amazing - specially the ones in the back of the biulding

Went at lunchtime, the place wasn’t crowded so it was not much ambiance going on however service was immaculate, Samuel served us with promptness and professionalism despite we couldn’t speak a word of German. Food was tasty, well balanced and presented.

From the outside it looks unassuming however hidden inside is wonderfully cooked food. The stir fried food has a wok hey taste which added an additional flavour to the food. The portions are big and the prices are cheap. A wonderful combination. The service was immaculate and quick. I highly recommend eating here coming from a Chinese.

No reservations required beforehand. Service is absolutely great, food was also great, big portion. Bubble Milk Tea was amazing as well.

We read a review, thanks to those who guide us to come to this place. We really enjoy everything including customer service except, popcorn chicken wasn’t as we were expected(mostly breaded). In general we recommend this place.

The best lu ruo fan I've eaten, and I've been to Taiwan quite a few times! The meat is a beautiful balance of the fatty and lean pieces and flavoured perfectly. A very generous serving size also. The beef noodle was also delicious, the very tender beef being the star of the dish. We received fantastic service and were offered a bun to try as we really wanted it but couldn't fit in the full serving. Come here for great authentic Taiwanese food and friendly service!

I really enjoyed the outdoor area (except things falling on the table from the greenery around but you can’t do nothing about it :)). Food was very good. I had Soju Spritzer Definitely recommend and bao burger with chicken - VERY good :) will be back for sure

This place is simply amazing and we had a great time there. I didn't know the difference between Chinese and Taiwanese kitchens that well, but they're for sure is a difference and I really like what they have to offer there. It's a very popular place, so I'd suggest you to make a reservation beforehand. Ideally in summer you do it outside

Very delicious food and the service was good as well. Reasonable prices and selection.

Super happy that I found this place by chance. Super friendly waitress who always served with smile and hospitality. After we said we are not too hungry and they were kind to offer one dish in two small portions.

I think hospitality is one of the important aspect for a restaurant industry and I am very happy to find that here!

We had vegetable soup noodle and was really delicious. I really liked all the dumplings. Definitely good representation of Taiwanese food.

The meals were wonderful and really delicious. I definitely recommend the Popcorn Chicken, and The Buns are very unique. The Homemade Lemonades are super tasty, especially the one with Lychee. I Will 100% come again!

Very good Taiwanese food in Vienna! Surprisingly good, since Vienna isn’t known as a primary destination for Asian food in general. Popcorn chicken and lu-ro (minced pork) rice were excellent, while the mapo tofu and stir fry noodles were above average. Nice comfy establishment, playing good music as well (Doja cat, Passion Pit sorta genre). I would come back for sure.

If you have a chance, seat outside. The food is really good, several options and good prices. The waiters are friendly and English speaker friendly. The menu is a bit confuse for who those don’t know anything about Taiwanese food.

Was craving for rice and googled around, found them. Went ahead, had dinner there and in all, the food tasted good! I love the lu rou fan (braised meat with rice) and tofu that I have ordered. Waitress were smiley and friendly. A great place to have dinner.

Loved the meal here. Great variety on the menu, it's not large, but has plenty of choices to come back just to try. The flavors are not overbearing, they really focus on the ingredients. They balance freshness with warmth really well. Everybody was also very friendly. It's a lovely experience.
Oh and make sure to try their teas! Very good selection.

Amazing service and food! Love the location in the garden. It’s away from the Main Street so you have some calm away from the sound of cars. The waiter is also very friendly, attentive and speak both German and English. The menu is easy to understand and the food presentation and taste are amazing. My favourite is definitely their Golden Salad! Would definitely recommend others to visit
