A great place for a quick snack when you want to have something "on the go. Fresh sandwiches, good coffee and very friendly people. There are a couple of dessert options - from chocolate croissants through cheesecake and up to local Austrian offerings. This Anker branch opens quite early so you will be able to grab something before work!

My wife & I love Anker! BUT the last 2 times we ordered 2 large capuchinos and both times one was full and the other one was only halfway full. We asked to fill up the empty(ish) cup and they said we had to pay.

There is enough variety. Espresso is very delicious. near the opera house. prices are normal (espresso-2,5 €) If you are going to come for breakfast, you must make a reservation.

For those who cannot find this place near Wien Opera, go downstairs to the Oper Passage.
The place has nice neon lights which adds a nice color to the place.
Good place for a quick bite. Max 10€ p. p. for a coffee+sandwich+sweets

Ok as a food stop.
Used several times whilst in transit.
Good range of rolls and baguettes plus some hot food Pizza slices etc....

If you really need to stop at the underground for a snack or coffe or a tea it is the great place, not expensive, warm and comofrtable. A little bit cheap style but nothing more is needed for the underground

Sehr schöne Bäckerei. Ich wollte Tee mit Gebäck trinken und habe ihn hier gefunden. Guter Preis für alle Backwaren. Freundlicher Service. Wenn es anfängt zu regnen, können Sie es in der Anker Bäckerei abwarten. Ganz normal, ganz gut.
