Food and wine were surprisingly good. Service was quick and friendly enough. Missed my bus so I came here (in the evening before 9pm) looking for a light dinner. Ordered 2 appetizers - Octopus carpaccio and Beef carpaccio. Also had 2 glasses of red wine, Italian Chianti. I read latest reviews that this place has new management recently and so food quality and service have improved a lot. Perhaps next time, I will try the pasta. Maybe just coffee and wine since it is a nice place to sit and watch people going around in front of the Opera House.

The waiters were extremely welcoming and helpful a nice place to chill out with a relaxing coffee and a bite to eat highly recommended

This is my favourite restaurant in Vienna..Near the opera house.Staff excellent the food is to die for and it is reasonable priced..A return visit is a must...

To co doceniam najbardziej to przemila Pani kelnerka w blond włosach. Sympatyczna, uśmiechnięta i bardzo żywiołowa. Za obsługę daje 5*.

Das Lokal hat eine neue Geschäftsführung, weshalb die Kommentare hier irreführend sein können. Das Personal ist nämlich überaus freundlich. Die Küche ist traditionell apulisch. Steinpilz-Risotto ist ein Traum. Am Wochenende kann man dort köstlich und günstig brunchen.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem guten Würstel mit Senf und Kren. Der Kellner musste mir allerdings zu meinem großen Bedauern mitteilen, dass sie keine Würstel führen. Stattdessen empfahl er mir ein Gericht namens Risotto. Dieser Empfehlung leistete ich Folge und bekam Art Graupenbrei, unter den sie ein paar Pilze der saison untergemengt hatten, auch hatten sie ihn mit etwas Sahne und Kraut angereichert. Sehr leckeres Gericht, dieser Risotto.

Im Gastgarten sitzen und die Menschen am Ring vorbeiziehen sehen, dabei einen wirklich ausgezeichneten Kaffee genießen. Einfach mit der Seele baumeln - das ist für mich das X-Celsior. Kann ich nur empfehlen-einfach mal ausprobieren.
