Motto Brot

The cakes (gluten free) are absolutely stunning and incredibly delicious!! No comparison with anything else you’d find in Vienna! 🫠

I picked up some coffee and Scheiterhaufen to go in the morning as well as a few tarts. Unfortunately one of the tarts fell apart on my way back to the hotel 2 minutes away, which was a shame. Coffee was average and not hot enough. Scheiterhaufen was divine though. I have to admit I pretty much inhaled it!
The rose tart as well as the raspberry & pistachio were easily the best things I have ever eaten!

Very nice coffee, pastries and cocktails. The wooden chairs are a bit uncomfortable but this may not be the place to be sitting there for hours

Amazing breakfast place to try in Vienna.

After trying many breakfast places around Vienna my next stop was at Motto Brot. Very nice place with friendly personal and amazing food. We have received our order in 7 minutes and I have say it was pretty fast in comparison to other places. Our sandwiches were really tasty and fresh. In addition, they also have a really good coffee too.

So if you end up looking for a good Breakfast/Bruch place then this one is for you and it definitely worth to try.

I honestly don’t know why it has only 4 stars, but it’s a solid 4.7 stars place.

Very small, narrow inside the shop but worth to stop by and grab coffee, bakery and cake. Friendly staff and welcome customers.

The viennese breakfast is sooooo good! The bread quality is amazing, the butter and marmalade are super tasty and the brioche as well. It's really good quality and combination of food. Highly recommend it!

Rich variety of bread and pastery, all are delicious 😋 Coffee, flat white, was not that good, but it is subjective. Prices are high compared to other shops, but relevant to quality.

I love Motto Brot. It has delicious Krapfen when in season and some of the best almond croissants.

Fantastic breads and pastries served in a beautiful shop with thoughtful branding. A bit on the pricey side, but worth it for a treat.

The BEST white (ish) sourdough bread I’ve found in Vienna! Soft, fresh and a slight tangy flavour but so delicious. Mine was still warm when I bought it in the evening. I also have had a really delicious sandwich there with Brie and caramelised onion jam I think and salad. Again, everything there is just so fresh and you can really taste the quality Xxx

Cute little café was a perfect mid-shopping stop. Bread and sweets selection looks super delicious and Alex was really nice 😊 my tip: strawberry lemonade

Great find right by the hotel Motto where I stayed - I think it has the same ownership as the hotel - great tasting bread n pastries with decent cappuccinos- after trying few places I ended up eating here for breakfast n lunch, menu is simple but high quality -

One of the best almond croissants I’ve ever had! The staff were so lovely and friendly too.

Super tasty sandwiches. The vegan option was an unusual but tasty combination of peas and carrot. The bread was so fresh and crunchy. Cherry on top was the warm service!

A real sourdough, mmmmm, great croissants, intresting cakes (Paris-Brest) and very good Alt Wien coffee.

Every time in Austria I try to visit this bakery. Everything is so fresh and delicious and the staff are always so lovely. A personal favorite <3
