We were looking for a very hard to find piece for our car, and this was the only place in whole of Vienna willing and able to help us find them. Not only that but within one day they had already ordered and received the parts. They were very kind and helpful, the owner knows a lot about what he does and has genius joy for it, which is rare to find. As far as we are concerned best Car parts shop in Vienna. We were on vacation in Vienna and our car battery died. I walked into this store and wanted to buy a jump start battery pack. Instead the very nice man helped us start our car, free of charge. Kompetent und flexibel. Man muss halt aushalten, dass der Ton manchmal ein bisschen "Sechshauserstrasse" ist, aber sachlich ist alles perfekt.
Eine Fehlbestellung von mir (falsche Batterie) wurde sehr fair umgetauscht.
