Seems like quality, professional products. I usually get dragged in with my SO, however is saw some nice sweaters. She is enchanted with the place.

I visited the store yesterday and my experience was nothing but a delight. I want to congratulate all team members of the staff for the excellent customer experience.

I’m positively surprised with such experience in Vienna, which is a town know for its unfriendly hospitality.

What caught my attention specifically is that at least 4 employees interacted with me in a very friendly manner by greeting me, offering help, assisting me to find pieces in my size and in other stores. I went from browsing, trying pieces and paying at the cashier with the impression that the staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

I’m leaving this feedback because people will often rush to leave a bad review when something is not right but they don’t remember as often to reinforce positive behaviors when they have a nice experience.

Cos team, for all of you who there yesterday, thank you and see you soon!

If you love minimalist style - clear, strong colours (no patterns) / Japanese style clothing, this is *the* store for you. Very friendly service, clean floor design, very reasonable price. My new favourite clothing store in Vienna.

Hip twist to modern and classic. Not badly priced. Easy to shop here... Colors are separated, floor design is clean.
