Chen's 面

You know the food is yummy as soon as you enter the restaurant. It greets you with a “distinct authentic” great-all-around aroma from the kitchen.

I braved myself to try their duck blood and pig intestine spicy noodle soup. THE, BEST broth. I love it. The duck blood has the texture and consistency of a soft tofu.

The eggplant dish also very special because they make the eggplant crispy on the outside, and the sweet and spiciness of the sauce really hits the spot.

Best Chinese food I've ever eaten. It was recommended by an Asian friend of mine. Everything was good, the food, the service, the price.
It gets crowded really quickly since the restaurant isn't that big. But it's a 1000% worth to wait a bit to get a table. They have a huge amount of dishes. The staff was adorable.
If I come back to Vienna again, I'll a 100% eat there again.

I almost shed a tear at Chen's 面 because of how good the food was...as an Asian who eats Chinese food every day of her life, the food here legitimately blew my mind. The portions are pretty generous and have quite a good spice level too so it was the perfect combination for a winter day's meal. We ordered the mapo tofu, 口水鸡 (literally translated to saliva chicken), and two bowls of noodles and they were all amazing.

Didn’t need to book a table. The food came with massive plates. Thankful for the well cooked food, plant based alternatives and kind meeting with the staff. Well balanced and very good spices. I really enjoyed the cold noodles even though I don’t enjoy to oily foods. It had szechuan pepper (I think) and raw garlic! Unglaublich.

I know it’s gonna be good but it’s still mind-blowing. The vege is literally amazing, I think it’s ever better than what I had in China. Also the Spicy chicken feet was ABSOLUTELY GOOD! I’m hate I don’t have two stomach so I can eat one more plate🥲 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The price is so reasonable compared with restaurants in London. By the way the staff are all sooo nice, I felt at home❤ Please, come and have some REAL Chinese food!

Based on a Chinese friend recommendation, I tried Chen’s and I could eat there every day now
I had cold noodle with sesame chili oil and a spicy chicken sweet and sour sauce
Everything was harmonious and spicy just the right amount
I would definitely recommend eating here at least once to taste one of the best food ever
You cannot make appointments and it’s often busy but the staff will make sure that you have a seat at some point so go for it!

Amazing food! Went to the location in Wien and got completely mind - blown by the quality of the food. I’m vegan and they had only one vegan option for soup noddles but was completely worth it. The staff is also very nice and polite. 100% recommend for vegans and non vegans.

I think I came almost every week. They have the best beef noodle in town with the Sichuan flavor.
Family came visit Vienna and also came almost every two or three days. We love the food and how they prepare and seasoning the dishes. For people who enjoy the authentic Chinese cuisine, this is a store worth a visit. :)

As a Chinese person, this ranks as one of the best chinese food I’ve ever tasted. The chilli oil dishes were on point and the drool chicken was so delicious. The dishes were so yummy we ordered an extra bowl of rice just so we could soak up all the delicious juices. If you’re in the area and craving Chinese food, you MUST stop by here.

The food was great! 100% recommend ☺ There's always a big queue in front of the restaurant so expect a bit of wait if you come after 6pm. It's worth it though!

If you are looking for a spot to enjoy some authentic hand pulled Chinese noodles, look no further. The noodles are spot on and their other dishes are delicious as well. The Chinese menu is a bit more extensive than the German/English menu so either bring a friend who knows Chinese or use your translation app.

Honestly one of the best ramens that I’ve ever had (and I’ve tasted a lot). The beef flavour was truly intensive and the noodles were spot on !
The price range is undoubtedly great for the quality you’re getting.

When you're inside, you feel like in another world.
The food was fresh and amazingly good

After more than a year in Vienna I found the holy grail of the spiritual sacred world of food. This 9th planet name is Chen. I have no idea whom I was in the past life, but in my next life I want to be clients fried noddle in Chen. If you think you have tried all in life, try Chen’s ramen, and you will realise how miserable was your life before. You will move your apartment next to Chen to eat here breakfast, lunch and dinner. I understand why apartments in this area are so expensive - everyone wants to live next to Chen.

I found this place accidentally one day when I felt hungry and randomly selected a restaurant in the street I was walking. The food is very delicious, if you like Asian food. We are going to this place now once a week and we look forward. The place is packed with Asian customers and that alone tells you that the food cannot be bad! Very delicious. Just be careful when you are choosing the food to order because some of them have very similar names but are not the same. We have ordered the wrong food twice so far, but it was still as delicious. Yum!!!

I was really surprised about this place, honestly it's not the prettiest place, but food is very authentic and just different than all others mainstream Chinese restaurant , this specialty is a ramien soup but honestly it's more likely a Dan Dan Noodle soup , and it was just awesome. the right amount of spiceness and good amount of Szechuan pepper for the numbness .

Had a very nice vegan Mapu tofu! Spicy with sichuan pepper, one of the best I ever had.
They also have other vegan options.

I’m super impressed by how authentic this restaurant is. I try visiting Asian restaurants all over Europe and rarely experience food like how it is in Asia. We had the freshly made noodles with beef and chili oil (5⭐), rice with chicken and vegetables (4⭐), and pork dumplings (5⭐). Service was super fast and efficient, too. What a gem in Wien!

Some of the best chicken noodles eaten so far. The chicken was very tasty (it seemed to be thigh, not chest), the noodles just perfect and the sauces did not feel heavy afterwards. It’s one of those nice hidden gems that I just stumbled upon, but you can see that it’s authentic just by entering and feeling the smells and seeing that most clients are asian, so they know why they’re there.
