Red Wing Shoe Store Vienna

Amazing service, thank you Thomas! I bought my first pair of boots today and I was reassured every step of the way. The staff are well informed, understand the business, and have an incredible insight into the industry. Fantastic!

I had planned to visit this store in 2020 but then the pandemic happened and the plan went down the drain. Before that time, the store used to be a cool one selling Red Wing products. I was lucky enough to visit the store this summer and get my first pair of Red Wing boots. The store is just beautiful and the guy who helped us out was really helpful, giving lots of details about the products. I just love this place so much I could easily work there!

An amazing place. Truly a Red Wing heaven... that wonderful and heady scent of leather everywhere. Huge selection of boots. Awesome, friendly, and professional staff. The boots are marvelous of course, that goes without saying, but whole experience would mean so much less without the store’s cozy atmosphere.

Amazing service. Due to work I could only get there one hour before closing.
The employee took his time and consulted me on different models, sizes and variations to look for when going for shoe insoles. Also gave a brief tour of what to expect from your leather boots once they are broken in and how to take care for them. All around knowledgeable and great guy!

It was a great experience and I finally settled on my first pair of Red Wing boots.

Of note: they also have a few second hand pairs available. I guess you would habe to be lucky to find your size but still a great option.

Excellent ambiance, selection, and service at this Red Wing shop in Vienna. I purchased my first pair of Red Wing boots here today. The store manager, Thomas, kindly helped me with several fittings and styles before deciding upon the classic "Rough and Tough" boot. He also offered great tips for boot care and service. My kitties are psyched about the new Schachtel.🤘
