This Hotel should be called „Jay’s stay”. One of the best places in Vietnam to stay - magnificent view, clean spacious rooms and nice breakfast. Jay ( and of course the team ) is taking care of everything and anything. He provided us with best tips around the island, helped us book a cruise, was anytime available if we had any questions and he even took care of me as I got little sick. His knowledge about the island, nature, animals, history … is impressive. This incredible man is the best employee that one could wish for. I’m forever thankful for this level of hospitality and honest care. I highly recommend to stay in this beautiful place.

My girlfriend and i stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast included. The rooms are cute with spacious bathrooms. The service was out of this world. Jay the manager was always quick to respond with anything i needed(over WhatsApp). They also provided us with any tour that we wanted to go on. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a really nice and affordable hotel room with great service.

Great location. Excellent view. They accept credit cards for payment. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. They can book a cruise at a good price. There is a good restaurant nextdoor. The room was comfy and no ants! The bed was pretty firm but ok for just 3 nights.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The hotel is in a great location between the strip and the beach, 5 minutes walking distance from both. The rooms were clean, with a nice bathroom and shower and AC.

Jay the manager was extremely helpful from the moment we made the booking right up until the moment we checked out. He can help with motorbike rental, tour booking, laundry, taxis and transport - anything you need - he is there and will help you!

The room was extremely good value compared to other hotels in the area, and this is because they are a new hotel in their first tourist season - I would highly recommend Tung Quang hotel to anyone visiting Cat Ba.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a great time. My room and bathroom were very clean and modern, and Jay at the reception was super helpful. I booked a boat tour here which I'd also recommend.

New hotel, with nice rooms, hot water, friendly staff.
It is located a bit more towards town center than it shows on the map.

I visited here only one night, but staff jay is so kind and give me a lot of advise and info for the restaurant and beach and cafe.
this is my first time to ride a bike, because of that it was wonderful memory for me.

Très gentils et agréables propriétaires. L'hôtel est très propre et les lits sont confortables.
Il est possible de s'enregistrer avant l'heure d'arrivée (nous avions un bus de nuit donc très pratique).
On a pu avoir de très bons rapport/qualité/prix pour l'excursion de la baie d'ha long et sur les services annexes de l'hotel.

Petite amélioration possible sur le petit déjeuner qui peut être un peu plus fourni.

Een geweldig hotel om te boeken wanneer je in Cat Ba bent. Wij kwamen heel vroeg aan met de nachtbus en konden meteen de kamer in. De eigenaar heeft deze dagen alles voor ons geregeld. We konden gelijk een scooter meenemen, hij regelde de boottour door Ha Long Bay en het vervoer daar naar toe, en vervolgens ook onze bus door naar Ninh Binh. Echt een geweldige man. Ook het ontbijt was helemaal super, je kiest tussen 4 ‘sets’, dus er is voor iedereen iets. Locatie is top, dichtbij alle leuke restaurants en aan het water, de kamers schoon en goed, we raden dit hotel dus ook echt mega aan!

Hele mooie kamer alles zag er heel netjes uit. De service was uitstekend we zijn heel goed geholpen met het vinden van leuke activiteiten. We kwamen eerder aan dan de incheck tijd en toch werd er gelijk een kamer geregeld.

Vinimos a este hotel sin reserva ya que nos tuvimos que ir de otro. Nos acogieron muy bien y muy rápido. Jay (recepción) es especialmente amable y encantador. La habitación era amplia y muy limpia. Gran smart tv. Alquilamos una moto con ellos y todo fue perfecto. Lo único a mejorar sería el desayuno. Poca variedad y no se encuentra dentro del hotel.

Chất lượng phục vụ của nhân viên tốt, thân thiện , hiếu khách. Phòng sạch sẽ, cơ sở vật chất mới. Hỗ trợ đặt tour chất lượng cao. Rất hài lòng và sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè tìm đến.

Nhân viên thân thiện. Khách sạn chu đáo, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Tiếp nhận phản hồi của khách hàng bằng thái độ tích cực.

Las habitaciones están muy bien y el propietario es muy amable. Nosotros ya teníamos todo reservado pero tb te ofrecen tours y transporte en el hotel.

Tuyệt vời. Khách sạn đẹp, phòng đẹp sạch sẽ.

Phòng đẹp sạch sẽ, ac chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình tiếp đón. Sẽ quay lại lần sau. Giá cũng khá rẻ so vs mặt bằng chung
