PHARMACY CAT BA

Amazing woman! She is super friendly, helpful and warm-hearted. She helped my boyfriend with infusions and medicine to cure his infection. We were at her pharmacy for 2 days in a row for half a day. While I was waiting for my boyfriend to get better she even offered me water, tea and fresh fruits - Super lovely!

Her English is not the best, but it's totally fine to communicate via translator.

Excellent pharmacy, the pharmacist is a doctor and was able to provide us with help when my boyfriend ate shellfish (he is allergic) she kept watch on him for 40 mins and took his blood pressure and temperature to ensure he was not having a major reaction. We were also there as she dealt with other customers and she was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Suffered from blocked ears after jumping into the water several times.
The doctor at the pharmacy was exceptional. I would give her more than five stars if I could.
Sorted out my issue as well as treating us to homemade snacks and kombucha.
Went above and beyond.
Genuinely a great person.

Such a lovely person! She looked after me so much and massaged my back after I had an accident as I fell of a boat. She really took great care. Very thankful to met her. Thank you!! She is the best :)

Amazing person who took great care of us after we got into a motor cycle accident. She cleaned our wounds every day. She is a sweet, kind and very funny person. We wish her all the best and recommend everyone with an injury to go to her pharmacy.

San is a doctor and a pharmacist, the kindest and sweetest lady I ve met in Vietman, a genuine healer and professional, beautiful inside out, who helped me immensely after suffering from sinusitis infection and fever for more than 2 weeks. She explained what I had and why I ve been sick for so long and gave me medicine that worked from day 1 and I was able to breathe again (what I was using before from other pharmacists was for rhinitis issues, not what I had). She asked me to come back to treat my nose also with saline later in the afternoon and evening that same day which helped a lot! An angel and 5 stars are not enough...! THANK YOU AND SEE YOU AGAIN!

Visited here because I had a huge, swollen bite on my ankle. The family here were so friendly and helpful in giving me something to treat it. If you are unfortunate enough to require a pharmacy during your stay in Cat Ba, make sure it’s this one!

All I can say is that she is the most competent, wisest, most sensitive pharmacist you can find on this island. The whole thing is topped by the fact that she is also a doctor and therefore brings with her medical know-how that you would otherwise only find on the mainland.

I went to her practice with a large open wound which she disinfected and briefly closed with 5 stitches and bandaged. She did this at almost the material cost, which I find more admirable and extremely social.

I hope that anyone who is in need consults her as there is no better person to be found here.

Arriving on Cát Bà, I twisted my ankle. The doctor at this pharmacy took really great care of it, reducing the swelling by putting ice on it, massaging Voltaren onto it and putting a bandage around to support my foot. She is a very kind person and took more time for me than I would have ever expected. We communicated via Google Translator and smiles. She is very helpful and cares a lot about her patients. You are in very good hands with her.

Kindest lady. Recommended medicine that worked straight away and she told me if it didn’t help to come back and she would help me again as she is a doctor too. Felt so happy after I met her

This was an amazing experience. You come for a medicine and you get out wih many wise advices. Your (certified) Dr - pharmacist talks with google translate and it works! She is full of good advices to take your health in charge in a more natural way. Just find an excuse and go there!

Such a lovely woman, looked after me really well post bike accident. She's a safe pair of hands and I'm very grateful for her Kindness. She had me return every morning and evening to clean and redress my wounds.

If you need any advice or treatment this is the place you must visit. The lady and husband are the kindest caring people. I got some travel sickness tablets and my 2 friends needed medication and treatment for cold and flu and a eye infection. This lady went above and beyond to care for us. Thank you so much 💕💕💕💕🙏🙏🙏

Exceptionally kind. I am incredibly grateful to the doctor who owns this pharmacy. She went above and beyond to help me on a day when I had two accidents- a burn on my leg in the morning and then a sprained ankle that same evening. She sent me home with instructions to rest and ice the injury then invited me back to the the pharmacy that night so she could dress it with a compression bandage. Like the other review said, she took care of me like a family member. Her kindness really went above and beyond. If you’re in need of some help with any medical issue while you’re in Cat Ba- 100% this is where to go.

Very helpful pharmacy. Went out of their way to source insulin for one of our party at very short notice. Could not thank them enough.

I was very sick and the pharmacist/doctor was incredibly helpful. I was in so much pain and thought I’d have to go to the hospital - luckily my hotel suggested this pharmacy. The medication she gave me made me feel so much better by the next day. Highly recommend if you need medical advice while on cat ba island.
