Cat Hai Tourism Information Center

Me and my friends did the Halong Bay/Lan Ha Bay day tour from 8am-5pm and it was so fun! Everything was amazing from the food on the boat, the view, the swimming, kayaking the lagoon, and feeding the small monkeys on monkey island (although some of the monkeys weren’t too friendly). On top of all that our tour guide Tam was amazing, he was so funny and outgoing and did all activities with us on the tour. I’d recommend doing this tour if you are adventurous!

We booked a private half day tour for our family of 5. Thanh was so helpful, she speaks English, clearly showed us the details of the tour and whatsapped me the details as well to make sure everything was clear. The tour was amazing! The captain was friendly and helpful, and took us to our own private beach to swim and kayak. It felt like we had the whole of the bay to ourselves. We had a great time, the whole operation was so smooth and all thanks to trusting in Thanh. I even booked bus tickets to Hanoi with her as well.

Thank you Thanh for your amazing services over our stay at Cat Ba Island! Highly recommend her if you need to book transport and experiences. They are super friendly, accommodating and efficient 🙂 will use them for our next stay ☺

환전할 다른 곳을 못 찾아서 여기서 했지만 환율 낮게 부른다… 달러로 환전해간 의미가 없는 것 같음…
그리고 퍼블릭한 인포 센터가 아닌 건지, 직접 투어 회사에서 상담한 것보다도 여기 투어 상품에 추가금이 더 붙는 항목이 있음. 친절함에 속아 호갱되지 마세요

Attention ce c’est pas un office de tourisme. Simplement une agence qui vend des prestations plutôt chères pour un intérêt médiocre.

This is NOT a neutral touristic friendly place. The dont give you information on public transport. They suggest you, to take a taxi and will it organise it for you, but for more than the triple the price on the streets. When we left, they followed us and wanted to bargain

DON'T GO THERE! They just scam tourists... We were sold a fishing tour but there were absolutely NO fishing ! Terrible experience...

Pas un lieu d’information. Agence touristique pas honnête qui nous a vendu une excursion de pêche mais nous nous sommes retrouvés sur une croisière coucher de soleil, pas du tout ce que nous voulions, et ensuite on refusé de nous rembourser intégralement, seulement l’appât pour poissons et « l’équipement de peche » inexistant.
