The best staff in the galaxy. I forgot my charger in the room, I found it out only in Hanoi. Then I contacted them and explained everything, they kindly sent it to Hanoi!

Great place for the price! The room was quite big and good for Vietnamese standards, they cleaned everyday and although the breakfast wasn't huge it was decent and better than most we had previously. But the best of all was the young girl (I forgot to ask her name!) at the reception, she was super helpful and very lovely. They have tours at a great price and many services that come in handy (washing clothes, motorbike rental, etc) and made our time at Cat Ba really great. I'd definitely come back!

Charming Hôtel with cute rooftop, spacious rooms and lovely staff. Close to center but far enough from the bars to be quiet. Good breakfast, i recommend overall !

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great.
Bed comfortable, bathroom and room clean with a mini bar and water at an extra cost! I had my laundry done here. Since I have been travelling, I have not seen my clothes as white as I got them back, thankyou. Although I am travelling, I like to be clean and I checkout feeling refreshed and ready for my next venture. Truly amazing...

The staff speak multiple languages and everything is very clean. Rooms are inexpensive and up to reasonable standards. They offer lots of tours at normal prices as well as scooter rentals. Multiple good restaurants within 100m of the hotel. This is the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam and it was only 200,000 vnd per night.

The best veggie burger in town! We ate at the hotel's restaurant twice and the food was delicious. Burger was filled with fresh veggies and a patty ( potato?). My boyfriend had chicken and veggie pho and loved both. I wish we had more time to try their sandwiches, they looked great. On top of that, the service was with a smile each time, regardless of how busy they were, and food came out quickly.

Location: in the centre (everthing is easy to reach by walking).
Staffs: very friendly and helpful.
Room: (in my case a dormitory) on the rooftop. Bathroom very clean. Comfortable.
Food & Drink: cheap and delicious.
Offer: one of the cheapest agencys on the island for tours or next bus trips.
Total: just a nice place to stay to enjoy this little island.

Just went for the restaurant

We bumped into this place because we were lost looking for our hotel. They helped us to find our way and we decided to come back to say thanks and have a beer with them.

Finally we ate there and it was so nice (food, place and staff) that we decided to come back for every meal of our stay in cat ba!

Food is really tasty, generous portions and quite cheap price for what you get! We also had great chat with the staff!

Excellent hotel. The staff were lovely, rooms very comfortable; we felt very at home here. We even booked two more days we loved cat ba so much. Definitely stay here if you can.

Excellent location, service, staff,facilities,spacious rooms,cleanliness, conviviality, price and anything else one can think of. Only the complimentary breakfast can be improved, but that should not be taken as something denigrating, rather a suggestion to make this place better than the best. This should be the first choice of stay here for the entire spectrum of travellers.

Staff are super nice and understanding. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel has a nice restaurant that serves some great food. Our stay was awesome!

We had a really enjoyable stay and were sad we had to leave cuz of the capacities. Best breakfast I’ve had in Vietnam and the symphony played during was exquisite!!!

Good room, good location and the staff are really helpful, they book, tickets for the tour and for the bus, and rent a bike for you. Everything perfect
