I want to commend Laurel for her wonderful service today. She is the epitome of service with a smile! Thank you.

I went in to make some copies of photos at the photo machine. I brought my little dog in and all the staff was very friendly to both of us. They helped me with the machine and explained that I didn’t have to pay for any photos that didn’t come out right. Meghan at the front counter was especially friendly and helpful when checking out and told me about her little dog at home. Nice visit to the local CVS.

Best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
They are part of my healthcare team and know all of my family by first name.

They have always gone out of their way to provide excellent customer service.

We were recently displaced by Hurricane Harvey for over a week and ran out of my daughter's breathing treatment. Doc and Jordan really went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Thank you CVS!

Do not use delivery service for your prescriptions. Not reliable and the pharmacy just doesn’t have any recourse to help. They are always very nice but since they use the USPS to deliver free of charge it’s just not reliable…

I had an appointment to get COVID and flu vaccines at 3:30 today. I Arrived about 20 minutes early after driving across Austin, about a 20 minute drive. When I arrived at this CVS I checked in at the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me that I would have to wait. After waiting about 10 minutes the pharmacist told me that this location is our of COVID vaccine and that everyone was called to cancel all appointments for the COVID vaccine. Know one called me. Don't get any vaccines at CVS, this pharmacy doesn't care about customers.

If I could give zero stars then I would. A female pharmacy worker made me feel like she was doing me a favor to find a CVS that had ear infection medicine available today for my miserable 4 yr old. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I made sure that she found a location with it. There was lots of passive aggressiveness on her part. The front cashiers were very nice though.
