Randalls

I actually prefer this store in Austin. It is convenient for me to go in and get what I want and get out. They also go above and beyond to make sure we are safe during covid. They have a good selection and the people are friendly. Their selection is pretty good and always have everything in stock. You can also download the Randall’s app and save a good bit of money that way since everything is so expensive these days. Definitely use your phone number at the end of checking out cause it will save you a ton! They also do delivery and also have pickup parking spots if you want them to bring your groceries out to you.

Great sales! Don’t sleep on Randall’s. They often have awesome sales on meat and it’s way less crowded than H‑E‑B.

Such a great grocery store! Always clean & well-stocked with both store-brand (excellent) and name-brand items that I never seem to be able to find any longer at their competitor’s supermarket. Their prices used to be a bit higher than the competitor’s, but this no longer seems to be the case. And they’ve always had great sale items/promotions. Produce is also neatly displayed & well-stocked with a variety of organic & harder-to-find items. Staff is always friendly & helpful. So grateful to have this store in my neighborhood!

Packed due to panic buying. This store has it all. Great Flower shop, deli w/ eat in tables. Produce, meat, seafood were fresh.

Friendly employees, great selection, and very clean. They have an amazing sales ad every week. Meats are good quality, and they have the best fried chicken in town.

The pharmacy is what I like best about Randall's. A Quest lab is conveniently located next to the pharmacy. They have a spectacular selection of organic vegetables.

Came in last week normal grocery experience. Besides the fact that Cooper in the meat department went above and beyond. He even cut me 2 fresh steaks to my specifications. I will be buying my steaks from here in the future.

I love going into this Randalls because it reminds me of the grocery stores from back in the day, which were smaller and just simple. The pharmacy staff is also very friendly and always go out of their way to help people! Two thumbs up!!

I really like this Randalls a lot because they have all the items I love to get from Randalls. There produce section is filled with really good produce and I’ve never had an issue with the produce. They also have the best sorbet here.

I was struggling on how to use self-checkout the lady Miss Tammy super sweet super nice super helpful and she has so much patience we got to keep more people like this and customer service cuz they are needed thank you Miss Tammy for all your help

Great selection of organic products! They have the best weekly sales! You do need to have a Randall's card ( free to sign up)for the discount. It's worth the effort to get it. I just purchased Filippo Berio Olive oil for 5.99! Everywhere else it's $9.99! They have a team of associates at the entrance disinfecting the store and carts! Very appreciative!

I love this Randall's. Staff at checkout, bakery, butcher shop and deli are consistently helpful and friendly. There is a large wine selection. Produce always seems fresh. It is a bit small compared to HEB but is has everything I need on a day to day basis. I also believe the prices are generally less than HEB but I have not done an item to item comparison and generally don't buy a lot of packaged items. I consider this an ideal neighborhood market.

If you use the just4you app and shop smart, Randall's is great, and they did their best for us during SNOVID 2021. Christian in customer service is excellent. Catherine, one of the checkers, is also very reliable and smart. The manager, Anthony does a great job. Sorry if I left anyone out. They could do a little better keeping us informed via website or social media during a crisis, but that's probably hard to do when the weather and road conditions are moving targets.

Popped in for I forget what but the thing I DO remember is the fantastic ice cream selection. I shop at another Texas chain store most often and was surprised in the dessert frozen isle. I'll be back with a cooler.

Love this Randall's. The employees are really good and it's easy to get in and out. Since they are outside of Austin you can also get plastic bags, this had been a big help since they have been pretty rare since the bag ban. The final thin is this is probably the best stocked Randall's in Austin

I love shopping this Randall’s because it’s an easy in and out and offers all of the basics you need from a grocery store. It’s clean, produce is typically solid, and staff is nice.

The food was great. You only had one cashier, and it seems like your new employees seem to be a little gangster.

Since in a nicer neighborhood than my normal Randall's, this is a nicer, larger one. People are always friendly here. I think you get better deals here because I don't think the store loses money since it's in a nicer neighborhood.
