Pet friendly.This has got to be the first Michael's I've visited in Austin, TX and the store felt quite large! Watch out Hobby Lobby! 😜 I'm a dog trainer and come here to work on desensitization to public/retail spaces with my dog(s).

I’ve been here twice now with 2 different pieces of art, vastly different sizes, and frames. I’ve worked with 2 different framing employees and they’ve been patient, helpful with recommendations offering different options (variance in cost and aesthetics), and delivered within the given time frame.

Such an amazing store. Everything from t-shirts to decorate to isles of picture frames. Artificial flowers, painting canvases, even St. Patrick's Day party favors. Jewelry making supplies. Thus is the ultimate craft store. It's fun to just wander through.

Great Michael's location! I was very impressed with the friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. I prefer it to the Sunset Valley location, which was out of stock of many items I was looking for. This location on Bee Cave had what I needed. Good to go at a time that avoids rush hour so you beat the traffic.

This is a great Michael's. They recently added more registers and it looks newer and better. Friendly staff and all the crafting supplies you'll ever need! Parking is always easy and available. They also have classes you can sign up for.

This store is amazing! I was working on a project for my son's elementary school and Mike, the store manager, went over and beyond to help order materials from stores all over the state of Texas, and have them ready for me to pick up at his location. His team honored my coupons so I could make my large purchase on a "school budget." The personal attention I received from Mike and his team stood out immediately, and KNOW that I will be back again for all my project needs in the future. Thanks Mike at Westlake Michaels!

Staff was nice and they have a wide variety of crafts materials, as expected.

I absolutely LOVE this place! They're always giving coupons away that slash their prices in half and sometimes even more, up to 80% I've seen in a lot of cases.

Plus, their custom framing business in the back of the store is the only place I'll ever go to frame anything I really care about. Just make sure you use a coupon because it can get really pricey if you don't.

Huge store with virtually everything you'll ever need for arts and crafts. They also regularly offer discounts for items so that you can stockup.

I really liked that this was a small store. It meant it was organized and neat and clean. The stock was great, and the employees were pleasant. I didn't have to wait in line and the store pickup was easier than other stores.
