Got a new iPhone 15 with no hassle. We saw a rep right away on a Saturday and everything was quick and easy. Phone works great.

Every once in a while, you come across someone that goes above and beyond what is asked of them. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Cristian. I walked in very close to closing time, he didn't look at his watch and shake his head. Instead, he greeted me and asked what the reason for my visit was. He did not rush me or try to cut corners to get out faster. Very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you

Miguel Beltran is awesome! As a 21 year old , he possesses all the qualities of a good employee. He is confident with what he does with a heart . Multi— tasked too. Aside from helping the 3 of us sisters. he was able to help 2 other people that left very satisfied . One of them even hugged him because she was able to use her phone her dead phone back to work . Miguel should be cloned - a very good example for working young people !!!

The girl who helped me was super nice and did a great job. I wasn't too happy about getting only 350$ back on my practically brand new 12 pro Max, which I put $500 cash down on only a few months ago. The advertisement is deceiving and should be more clear. I about walked out and decided that moment to change my service. But the super cute sales rep was polite and understanding so I decided to stick around for one more go. Suggestion to ATT would be to clarify between the next up and full retail trade, I was literally very turned out by that and felt tricked. As far as the store is concerned, service was great. They did a great job and are the only reason I still have an acct tbh.

Amazing service! Miguel & Miguel were fantastic! I popped in on a whim. Wondered if my phone was charging correctly. They cleaned my phone and checked it out! All good! Went through my acct to make sure all was good, that I was getting all the right discounts. Super friendly, extremely helpful… highly recommend! Fantastic customer care! Thanks guys!

The guy at the store was so knowledgeable and answered to the point. The store closes at 8 pm but he stayed until 9 pm, resolved all the issues. Very dedicated person and definitely deserves the best. AT&T is so lucky to have him.

Sean provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had with a mobile carrier. Honestly I dreaded walking in due to some past experiences taking literally all day.

Sean answered my questions, processed my phone upgrade and got my bill reduced within 20min.

We recently moved our lines, 8 in total, from Sprint to AT&T. As much as the improvement in cellular and data quality deserve to be the highlight of this review, it was the work and experience of our AT&T rep Paulina that has impressed me most. It took us 3 trips into the store and even though her store was not the closest to us and we had the ability to do everything online we chose to let Paulina do what she does, which is: happily, quickly, and professionally take care of her clients. I would recommend you do the same.

Paulina is amazing!! I’ve been an android user for years and just changed over to Apple, she helped me switch everything over from my old phone so I got to keep all of my pictures. I’m not very tech savvy and she was able to make the switch so smooth! After she raved about the watch, I ended up leaving the store with one too. I’ve loved my new phone, thank you Paulina for the great buying experience!!

I went in to get phone service and Maxwell helped me. He made my experience fantastic! He was helpful with creating an account and helping me know exactly how to connect my accounts together when it becomes possible. He gave me information on new products and I went home with a renewed love for my phone. I highly recommend a visit to this AT&T store. Ask for Maxwell

Veronica, at the Kietzke Lane, Reno Nevada store was incredible! Traded in my old iPhone for a new one. She was professional, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this location. Excellent customer service from Chase. He was prompt to greet me though the place was busy and full. His expertise is evident by his ability to understand my not so technical description of my questions about my phone. Walked out with a perfect portable phone charger and again, was able to assist me with my questions. Am happy with my service and glad I didn’t have to go to Apple!

My dad lost a phone and Casey helped us get a new one. He helped us immediately as we stepped in and was extremely knowledgeable. He answered my millions of questions around discounts, plans, recommendations, everything. He compared 2 plans and helped us find one which would provide more GB per month and also saved us $20 through my Cisco employee discount! Very clear communicator (and he was training someone at the same time). He offered to put on the screen protector for us too! We got in and out efficiently. Excellent experience at this location.

Best experience with AT&T visiting in store. Courtney was the most helpful representative I've ever met with! She was up front with the cost and all that I would need to purchase and very patient with me. Would definitely come back if need be!

Brandon help us out a lot. Went in to look at starting a new line with the iPhone 12pro max. Everything went good and quick. We went back next day and added a second line with another 12 pro max with a number transfer there was a couple speed bumps with transferring the number however Brandon kept working on it and got the issues resolved. He explained the cost of the phones from one time fees to monthly charges. We enjoy the phones a lot and brandon service was amazing so we went back yesterday and added 2 Apple watches onto the plan. We will continue to go to this location as long as Brandon is there. Thank you for your time, help, and great customer service. We also brought our under 2yr old daughter with us on 2 of the 3 visits and he was very nice to her and kept making her smile which is always a plus in my book.

We visited Reno and had to buy a new phone. We first visited the Plumb lane store on Saturday 9/5/20 but was turned off by the very rude attitude of the agent who initially helped us. Did not get the name but the guy is wearing glasses. He had zero customer service and does not know what he's doing. We left hastily and tried the Kietzke Ln store. Paulina helped me get my new phone and answered all our questions. She is very knowledgeable. I give her 5 stars. Also when she checked my account status the Plumb Ln agent did not even reverse the transaction. Paulina had to fix it. How bad was that experience? This is quite long but that's how the experience was do bad at the Plumb store. So if you're ever in Reno and need to go to an AT&T store go the the Kietzke Ln store.

Giving this store a 5 star rating simply because of Paulina. I went in with my Spanish speaking mother to get phone assistance and it felt like I didn't need to be there in the best way possible. Paulina spoke Spanish and made my mom feel so comfortable, she answered all her questions and had a positive attitude the entire time. If you get the chance to go to this store ask for Paulina you won't regret it!

Thomas was awesome! I upgraded my phone and was able to get a great deal on accessories. He also was kind enough to take a look at my bill and made suggestions to help lower my bill. I love AT&T and the service I received
