Looked for random parts to fix mobile clothes rack. 3 rings used to fasten hoses to pipes, 2 metal nail barriers for wood, 2 right angle metal pieces for wood and of course duct tape. Good as new.

Picked up 10 more bags of mulch and a couple other items. One of the parking lot guys loaded the mulch into my car. I so appreciate when they offer to help!

I recently had a great experience shopping at The Home Depot! The customer service was top-notch, with Mark going above and beyond to help me find the perfect item and make sure it would meet my needs. The store itself was impressively clean and organized, making for an enjoyable shopping experience overall. I highly recommend The Home Depot for anyone in need of quality home improvement products and excellent customer service!

I usually go to the home Depot on East Ridge Road in Irondequoit. This was the first time I have went to the Penfield store. I was actually quite impressed, the layout of the store was much better, the employees were much friendlier, and their Halloween display was fantastic. I checked out the one at the Hudson Avenue store and no one was even around it. But at the Penfield store there were many people, kids and adults, enjoying the displays. Makes me wish I lived in Penfield.

Konrad is an exceptional employee in the lawn and garden department. He went way beyond what one would consider typically good service, and said thank you. What a great asset to Home Depot

This review is for Nick - he was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, went above and beyond in helping my wife and I purchase appliances for our new home in the area! We came in thinking we knew what we wanted but instead of just processing the sale, he asked us additional questions, qualified what we were actually looking for and gave us exactly what we needed while saving us money. Will be a regular here thanks to his incredible customer service.

Usually a quick in and out. Went to the paint shop recently and had a small wait but got what we needed quickly and it was reasonably priced. I'm not set on them or Lowe's so I often look at both and just go with the best price or quality. Nothing really sets one apart from each other in my opinion unless you have their credit card or am a contractor.

Only place i could find this Nuwallper in stock at this particular store.

Bought everything I needed to remodel my bathroom here. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also, I bought a few things that were the wrong size and I had no problem returning them for a full refund.

Best home improvement store in the area. Way better than its competitors. Use the home depot app it makes it very easy to find items. Customer service and returns is great and very helpful. Sometimes department workers are too busy, so again get the app it will answer all of your quesitons.

The staff is helpful, knowledge and very professional. I love my trips to Home Depot.

I was shopping at the Home Depot at Panarama trail today. I needed some electrical wire. I asked a staff member for help.
Paul was wonderful, he was able to guide me and explain what I needed. I watched him help other customers and I have to tell you, Paul is the best!
The world needs more Paul’s like this gentleman.

Great customer service. Great selection. Store management is not all that great. They don't think ahead on merchandise placement to make it easier for customers such as placing 50 lb bags of salt near the front door not only to instigate a impulse buy but also to make it easier for customers to grab a bag and go to the checkout instead of carrying it all the way from the garden center.

Josh is a great manager, all the employees are super nice. Love this Home Depot. I am also a major pain in the butt with all of my coupons and such but they always get it done for me! They always put the customer first and they are always friendly.

Every time I have been here I have been able to find what I'm looking for is minimal troubles. If I can't find it all of the associates I have ever dealt with have been very wonderful. Traditionally I make multiple online pick-up orders and about 75% of the time it's ready when I walk in. From time to time they are pretty busy and they may have not gotten to it yet although I have never waited more than 10 minutes which I can say is much better than other locations. All of the nice young ladies at the online order pick up are always very polite and pleasant to work with!

Gail the cash register is the MVP in the contractor dept!! She makes y'all look good. Very professional and hard working!

I love going to Home Depot! If I don't know where something is, there is ALWAYS an employee that sees my confusion and is ready to help me. Amazing! The prices are great and they will match it if another store is cheaper. Great variety of plants too. Thank you Home Depot!

Bob was the sales rep that assisted me. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very helpful.
I late needed to return for an additional supply purchase and was fortunate to have Bob, once again, assist with the purchase. My home project is complete and perfect because of Bob's super guidance at Penfield Home Depot.
