Tops

Renovated somewhat recently. They do in fact mop their floors. The store is clean and not crowded. Checkout lanes are usually understaffed considering the inefficiency of the self checkout machines. Regardless, a Panorama staple, I'm giving it 5 stars.

One of the busiest Tops around, the Panorama Plaza location always has a solid selection. I particularly like the size, which is big enough to have what I need, but not so huge as to become labyrinthine.

Tops is always a good time easy to find stuff friendly and helpful staff and they have hot wheels

This store had great products. Self check out is usually a breeze.

One of the better more up to date locations in the Rochester area besides Mt. Read. Nicely organized, clean with a larger variety of items.

Tops good customer service and a very clean place

The shelf was empty (5 store I visited,way out of my way) They went above n beyond to make sure I got what I needed and by the next day!!

Pleasantly pleased with my trip to Tops in Panorama Plaza. Store is clean and layout "shopper friendly" with spacious aisles. Products are displayed in a neat orderly fashion. Brand name products are in abundance. Navigating the store is so easy. I enjoyed the nice atmosphere (no frenzy and loud music/paging the Wegmans has). Every department was great. Meats are very appealing. Veges fresh. Granted some prices may be higher but this is off set by the specials and I spent less and got everything I wanted in a more RELAXED setting. Wegmans has declined so much that the bulk of my shopping will no longer be with them. Between Tops and Aldi's s I will not dread overpriced items and spoilage that is the new Wegmans.

Penfield plaza Tops, Nice varieties more choices than Wegmans Most prices a little higher than competition good meat prices. Customer service center has some of the Best people working there very friendly My only complaint is that the Penfield deli has NO Prosciutto or Mortadella. They don't even know what it is? This forces me to go to BJ;s or Tops @ Elmwood and Clinton ave @ lac de ville plaza

Nice, large, newer Tops. All of the expected areas and was well-stocked when I visited. Went on a Thurs and all of the sale items I went to purchase were available and in stock, which is impressive and always nice. Employees were friendly and helpful, as well. Lots of other useful stores in he adjoining plaza also.

Nice Supermarket, watched a butcher cutting meats which was nice to see, rather than frozen. Friendly and helpful staff

Really enjoy all the friendly people at tops. Also enjoy that they carry a wide variety of products just not their own brand it’s very frustrating when you have three choices of a product only and one of them is the store brand. I also find their prices to be very reasonable and then enjoy the choices. I’ll get going to tops.

I don't normally shop at TOPS, but I was at that plaza today and I needed a few items. This store was well stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. Self checkout was running fast and smooth. Good job, TOPS

I love the variety I get at Tops Markets. Some local stores, who shall remain nameless are too heavily invested in their own brands. Tops stores give me the variety I love with all the brands that I'm used to and am looking for. I love the sales they have and the coupons in their flyer. The meat department has all their items wrapped in normal cellophane and not vacuum sealed, where you can't even tell what you're buying. And I especially love their bakery department, their rye bread is to die for. Employees are always very friendly and happy that you are shopping in their store. They really appreciate you there. Can you tell I'm a fan? :-)

The store was well stocked with a variety of items, the isles had enough room for two carts to go down on each side. It’s well worth the trip to go to topps and penfield.

Dave in the meat department is the most knowledgeable and helpful person! Always look forward to buying my cuts of meat here.

Quick in and out with everything I needed and a snack...

I love this tops! Reminds me of the one back home in Hamlin! It's very clean! The people are friendly and everyone is helpful! I have chosen this as my new tops go to! Plenty of room for parking and lots of other little shops around if you are traveling! 😊😊

Great store and staff. I love that I can find new brand name products, fresh cut meat, and great values on produce. Used to do all my shopping at the W store but was disappointed with them when their own product took over the shelves and left me with not many other choices and had to return meat that was spoiled when opened.
