Going into the store looking for a particular item. Young gentleman told me they no longer carry the item but he took the time to show me what store I could get it from and where in the store I would find it. He went above and beyond basic customer service; was very friendly and polite. A breath of fresh air in our day and age!!!!

The service is phenomenal. Trey and Kyle are always very helpful and knowledgeable. The products are always top of the line and great prices. Love the rewards program and the send-a-friend for $10.. Anytime I need supplements or energy drinks I head to 5 Star nutrition in Joplin Missouri..

The staff is very knowledgeable and incredibly professional. They never shove products down my throat in an attempt to make a sale. They provide me with the information I need and steer me in the direction I wish to go. It is an amazing location!

Really nice guy who knew what product to recommend me in .5 seconds. He didn’t try to sell me something super expressive, yet a very affordable product and offered advice. Very nice place!!

My experience with 5 Star Nutrition is great. My first time in, the General Manager and employee greeted me. They asked me if I had been there before, and if not, what I was looking for, or looking to do nutritionally.
I told them I was getting married in 5 months and even though I already work out, I was still wanting what I needed to give my body that extra push to be bikini ready for my honeymoon. I explained to the general manager my trouble places that I have a hard time with, even with working out regularly.
He asked me some questions and set me up with what I needed. I was able to taste test their protein to see if I would like it. (I'm very finicky with proteins) At checkout he set me up for the loyalty program and I was able to do "buy 2 get 1 free" on my first transaction. A week later I went back to get their protein.
It has been about 6 weeks since my 1st visit and I am very happy with the results I have. The General Manager really spent time wit me to explain things and ask questions.
I love this place. I will continue to purchase from 5 Star Nutrition.

A month ago I went into the store and talked to Adam about getting started with supplements in order to assist in losing weight. Adam listened to what I was wanting and made suggestions on the appropriate supplements I needed to take. Following the supplement plan in addition to working out, I am starting to see results that I wouldn't have without the guidance I have received. All of the products I have purchased from 5 Star Nutrition a great. I also appreciate the great customer service given. No judgements mad any the staff. They listen to the customer and make their suggestions based on individual needs and not just trying to sell their products.

I was treated exceptionally well. Of course they tried to sell me stuff but he wasn’t pushing me about it. The prices are great. I’ll be a return customer.

Came in to grab some protein and bolt. The manager sat down with me and gave me a detailed, intelligible breakdown of what I should be taking and why to meet the goals that I stated. He even stayed after hours to ensure I was properly informed on the supplements. Will return.

Love this place. They are so helpful and knowledgeable about their products as well as any health supplement. Adam is fantastic and deserves a raise in my opinion ;)
