The store was clean, very well stocked and maintained.
Service was great staff was very professional and friendly.

The showers are clean although a little small but they have lots of hot water with good water pressure.

For food they have the usual PFJ fare along with a Wendy's for choices.

The truck parking lot shows its age but overall it's not too bad.

Great customer service ,specially the young kids at Wendy's restaurant ,courteous and well mannered young kids..at least the people working after 7 pm never been here early morning ,but keep up the good work

This place is AWESOME! It’s like 4 stores in one! Restaurants, close and plenty of things to look at and buy!! This is a mess stop and see, make sure you have time to see everything!

Early morning on Aug 09, 2023. A really nice young lady with light red hair(didn't get her name) went above and beyond her job duties to help this driver start his long day out right! I wish all stops both business and store, fuel, etc had employees like this youn lady! Make world a better place...

I've stopped tonight by store# 317. I got to say I've never been treated better in any other store. The night manager Sarah was amazing I was more than happy to purchase my curtains and other miscellaneous stuff. She was able to help me with my reserved parking. In a few words she made my night with her kindness. People with her kindness makes our job easier to see a smile and feel appreciated as a customer.I pray this reaches to you whom it may concern. Great music, great facilities, great people, great gas, they have mostly self checkouts, and you can hear the music outside! I just wish they had a truckers' lounge.

Big truck stop, has showers and big clean bathrooms (I can speak for the women's bathroom anyway). They had anything you needed. Kinda pricy, but they had it all. The ladies who were there that night were very sweet, and very attentive. Planning on stopping back by there again, I want a big dream catcher, they have a beautiful selection!!

The shower was clean and I got asked if I needed extra towels as I went in to shower. Which is awesome because I have long hair do two towels is needed. They were very nice and had good service. Thank you guys.

$.05 off gas with military id when paying cash. The bathroom was fully stocked. Only the diesel and showers are Pilot. There are lots of snacks and souvenirs. It was a good choice for a rest stop.

Woke up at 4am. Checked the pressure in my tires. Got locked out of my Peterbuilt. A wonderful employee named Sarah loaned me her phone to call my company then bought me a pack of cigarettes. Had a great conversation while i waited for my mechanic. The world needs more people like her. Pilot is lucky to ti have her there. She needs to be paid more!!!!

My aoapologi for some reason my comment with my stars did not post.. This is where we always stop when we come in to Joplin and where we stop when we leave. The employees are always always supper nice and friendly, no matter of their system is going crazy or not.. Never had any type of issue with the fuel either, gas or diesel.. Thank you Piolt for always being about the customers and not the money!!!

We always stop at Pilot when traveling. If you have their card or their app, you get 3 cents off per gallon of gas. They also have these great coffee dispensers that actually grind the coffee from beans so you get a cup as fresh as it gets.

This Pilot is one of the best I’ve been to, the staff is absolutely awesome! Always courteous and professional, they treat you like family, great parking and showers, thank you for such great service.

Poopers are fine, showers have good heat and pressure, and Wendy's served me up to order, fresh food. After you eat, back to the poopers to start the vicious cycle all over again.

Clean bathroom, no lines.
