Very helpful customer service. They love my service dog and very inviting to both of us. And extremely accommodating to my disability and spoil needs....I will always give them my business and trade there!

Lowe’s home & garden section is one of the best in Joplin… maybe even the best within 50 miles of Joplin. Every year, we buy all of our plants and flowers from Lowe’s, and with proper care, they ALL turn out absolutely beautiful. We get compliments all the time on how great our balcony looks with all the “greenery” we’ve added from Lowe’s, starting around the middle of each May. You also can’t beat The price of their lawn and garden section. I also want to say that the employees, each and everyone, are so knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions or guide you to a specific department. In my opinion, no other home improvement store or botany shop even compares!

It's great to be able to buy light bulbs that are lit so you can see how they look. They have a good supply of house plants, too.

I love going to Lowe's just to see what's new. They have a great garden shop with all kinds of great plants. They have awesome holiday decorations. They have appliances and rugs, and 99% of the time, they have everything we ever go in there for.

Best customer service for us and our dog! We use the credit card on auto pay for 5% off always. Always clean. Got several products from there.

Great services and prices. The military support from this place is awesome. The pro counter did a great job quoting material for a house build. The quick response on a material bid made a difference for the time constraints of our project!

This might be my favorite store in all of Joplin. They have experts in every department, friendly staff and no hassle return policies. They take good care of me as a customer and continue to earn my business. I recently went to Lowe's for a DIY paint job and I couldn't be more pleased.

It’s a an alight place.
I like coming in the spring because they always have a good assortment of trees, bushes, flowers, and vegetables.

I will give this place 5 stars every time. They went above and beyond helping us. We went to get a mower and a couple of other items. They were all helpful and answered any questions we had. Plus, they offer military discounts. Unlike their competitors. And any place that does that has our business.

Got in & got out best part of knowing where everything is at these days. If they don't have it then I will order it 👌

I really love Lowe’s! Not only do the offer right up front parking spots for veterans… they also offer a 10% Veterans Discount! This helps a lot on big purchases! Nice to be honored and RESPECTED for my military service!
