These guys took care of me extremely well. I came over from a different company. They got my bill down. Got me a new phone and on a good plan. Even put on the Otterbox and screen saver on my new phone, awesome people.

My senior aged parents got THE BEST customer service from this group of fabulous employees. They went out of their way in numerous ways to make sure they were taken care of in the best way! I can not recommend them enough. They all were fabulous, but Kae was beyond outstanding! ❤

Only place in Joplin, I will go for any transaction of any type on my phones. I have been there several times for service assistance, purchases, and plan changes. I've always left with my issues resolved to my satisfaction.

Working in town from Kansas and had some trouble with my SIM card. Christian fixed it for me no problem!

Was helped very promptly by the associate, Jeremy. The store had one other customer who was being helped by another associate. He answered all of my questions and explained all of the add-ons for the upgrade. Wasn’t pushy when I said no to some services but I did purchase the screen protector which was new option for me. Data transfer took longer than desired but I understand that’s all out of their control. Overall, it was a very personal and thorough experience.

Went in to get daughter screen protector replaced which phone and screen protector was under warranty. The young girl within 4 minutes had our daughters phone good as new. Great store and we are new to the area. Just felt like the whole staff was doing all they could for the customers. I'd advise anyone getting a phone and screen protector take out the insurance and warranty make cost a little upfront that day but in the end will save u money especially if your screen protector gets compromised and you don't get it replaced for free now your phone is at risk. Again great staff. Wife and I just moved to the area will be using this location from now on

We had a terrific experience with Ian! He changed out SIM cards for us and put on a screen protector with care and precision. He was friendly, knowledgeable and has a great personality ~ thanks Ian for the awesome customer service! Cheers ~

I went in there after accidentally smashing up my phone. Of course I was in a total panic because my phone is my lifeline for work and keeping in contact with family that is several hours away. I told the girls what happened and they pointed out a few different phones in my price range. They switched over my sim card to the new phone, set it all up for me and made sure everything was working as it should. They were super awesome and I definitely appreciated how quick and efficient my visit was. Highly, highly, highly recommend 👌

We got answers to all our questions. Bought a new plan and got a great trade in for my 4G phone for a 5G one. Netflix (for life), Paramount Plus and Apple TV included! I really hate trading phones, but Ritchy made it bearable. I just hope the full transition goes smoothly. update: Having trouble getting j my streaming channels for free. They are now saying Spoke TV is for Apple phones only. Not happy with the service so far.

Chase was awesome. We had already received the TMobile internet and the phone sales tries to hook us up for four lines. Problem was our old phones wouldn't transfer. Chase was very helpful we did end up getting two new phones for my wife and son and they love them. Thanks again for the wonderful customer service.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Also very nice to see them not letting people in that aren't wearing a mask. This is my first time with T-Mobile after switching from straight talk. I think I'm going to be much happier with T-Mobile.

Sean and his employees were absolutely fantastic! We went to another store located south of this location, where we were ignored, and not taken care of. This location is the absolute best, and would 10 out of 10 recommend!

Always love their service and always friendly and polite. When I originally went in over a year ago they pointed out the 55+ plan and that saved me money.
