Hey people out there--Ray told me about the glass screen saver and yes it's a little more money but absolutely well worth it. His customer service is outstanding and the fastest I've ever seen-bar none. He is more than an asset to Cricket wireless. Great customer service- - And that's where it's at....

I went in because my case was falling apart. Ray quickly helped me find a new case and even put my new screen protector on for me (I bought it weeks ago but never put it on). The whole time, he was very friendly chatting with my kiddo. Awesome experience!

My daughter and I came to the store after we had been she did very rudely in the store the next town south. Samantha came to the door and greeted us as we walked in was polite and kind and gave us all the information that we were looking for. They were having some issues with their system so we're going to have to come back a different day, but we will definitely be back to see her even though we'll have to drive right past the other store to get there.

Visited this Cricket location due to new 5g and 3g no longer going to work. Sales woman Martha was excellent. She patient through all my questions. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and polite these are rare traits in today's day and age.
If you are in need of a phone or just have questions go see Martha she will help you out.

Great customer service! I have 12 lines with them and have had service with them for several years. I would have all my service with Cricket if they had unlimited home internet service.

Ray is a great employee.he has helped us a lot with our phones and very patient.he is very sweet and a great guy.

Awesomeness is what you can expect from the ppl that work here. Service like your on Verizon even though this is technically. AT&T. Only down fall I see is the customer service you get from calling. And I personally think they could get some better phones other then iphones. Like the pixel or Galaxy s20.

Mary Beth at Cricket is the best. She is a tech genius & has fixed every single problem I have had with my phone that I brought over from another carrier. Cricket has saved us a ton of money. Their billing is straight forward & their customer service is great.
