Nice to have a place with a smaller selection of lower priced items to do some quick shopping. The lines are generally a bit long because it’s popular, but I think it’s worth it. Also, getting in and out of the parking is a little harder unless you go during low traffic times. In fact yeah, that’s the best, plan when you can dart in fora few necessities for your project, and out quickly.

What a great variety of tools for nearly any job you have big or small. Business or residential. I believe they have you covered whatever you might be looking for. Very helpful freindly staff. I will be going back on the weekends for the freebies with purchase. 💥

My husband loves to shop at these stores. My daughter and I call them his Bath and Body store. We let him shop and we wait patiently like he does for us.

Good place to buy tools you use only a few times a year. Another good visit. Got more tools. I've been to a few of HF over the years, but I've never been to one as nice as the joplin store. Its one of my happy places. I actually include this store in stuff to do when family comes to visit. I'm laughing at myself while writing this but it's true.

They always have the best deals... When it comes to simple stuff like extension cords, and other small things, not even Walmart has a better deal... Actually I just bought a 3 conductor 14 gauge extension cord and it was a great deal... I buy most of my small stuff from them...

Super kind workers. I bought a 56 inch tool box, my truck was broke down so I took our minivan. It was not fun but the guys un boxed it and laid it down so it would fit... barely. They took great care not to scratch it and we got the 450 pound box loaded. No attitude, no remarks, just smiles and politeness.

Harbor Freight is not a large store but is packed with so many items, it is hard to find things. If you are a woman and it is your first visit and it is a rainy night and you drove all the way from Noel Missouri. You don't need a tall intimidating young woman acting like you are a pain in her time to answer a question about where a item which I keep getting from one girl. I was almost in tears and finally came around a corner looking for something and there she stood. ( maybe she was stalking) a 68 year old lost lady making sure I didn't steal something I couldn't find. I looked up and said "Well it won't do me any good to ask you what I looking for because I have found one thing you claimed was where it was suppose to be" Oops the Manager happened to walk up and over heard. Well she disappeared. Than I had these two nice men that were stocking help me after that. They mentioned they were just Seasonal help. Hope they get hired on permerment not Miss Snotty. I liked Habor Frieght over all. Nice Clean Store.

Literally never been in a Harbor Freight before in my entire life but this experience has created a lifelong brand loyal customer. Everyone was so extremely nice even though it was clear we had no idea what we were doing or looking for, and we felt they went above and beyond to help us find what we needed- with a very positive but not fake attitude from everyone. It felt like everyone was genuinely happy to help and not just there for a paycheck. Very very happy experience, we will be back :)

My father and I use badland winches for our trailers, we had one that failed almost a year ago and we hadn’t had time to make it to the store to swap out the bad winch. We made it over here today finally, but our protection plan was just barely expired. We explained that we live almost an hour from the store and are very busy, so Scot the store manager decided to go ahead and warranty our winch anyways. Excellent service from all employees!

They have a little bit of everything. And everything we bought there works great. Even our solar panels.
