The customer service today was more than amazing.
I went in to do some really complex photo enlarging/printing/ laminating- the attention to detail was just top notch, and they went out of their way to make sure that the dimensions were exact.
I was overwhelmed with the excellence of the service, a rare thing these days.
I will recommend this store wholeheartedly to anyone.
Unfortunately, I forgot to get names, but everyone in the store was simply amazing.

2nd time I have used their services. Both times were awesome. The employees are very helpful and patient as they had to help me print a label. In a world where good help is hard to find I wish we could clone them to fill the entire service industry.

I’m in this store often doing Amazon returns. Each time I am in there, the staff are always so welcoming, patient and kind. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve felt as though I’m an inconvenience because it’s an Amazon return. So kudos to the employees at this store!

Dropping off my amazon return here was quick and painless today (a Saturday). The woman with pigtails and glasses there was exceptionally nice (sadly I didn’t catch her name).

Outstanding service. Me with cane and in pain. The were so kind and compassionate with my complicated needs and confusion, making me feel understood, especially the owner. Busy place, but handled so efficiently and skillfully customers moved back out the door quickly. Many kudos

Super friendly and quick! They only charge $1 to print your label and they will tape your whole package for free.

The gentleman who helped me carry in my 40lb package- Fathree (sp?) was so kind and fast. I drove here from Clayton because they have the best reviews and they did not let me down! Thank you so much.

Excellent UPS drop off point, open until 7, Love that we can still get overnight orders out after our 4:30pm UPS pickup, they take our packages with our own UPS labels. Service is fast and efficient.
I also drop off my Amazon returns here, many don't need packaging - super convenient for returns.

I needed notary services and then overnight the paperwork. The process was painless from start to finish! They weren't busy at the time so there was no line and someone greeted me right away. She went and got the notary and he came out right away. We signed, he rang me up, took my package and I was out the door!! Smooth!! This location is clean, organized and stocked AND they have a lot more products than the one closest to me!

Ashley is an absolute SWEETHEART! She greeted me immediately. She was friendly, fast and VERY efficient to get my printing needs done. Everything came out perfect for my interview. Thank you, Ashley!

Ashely is the best. She helped me ship a large computer monitor safely. She is always very pleasant to talk to and leaves me extremely happy with her professionalism and willingness to help.

The best UPS store in the area. They take care of all my company mailing needs. I love my two mail boxes. My company can receive and send fax, packages, print and many other important office needs. I really appreciate the staff for being professional and taking care of my company . I love it😎

Fast service. I also went to this store because they did not force me to wear a mask. As a vaccinated person I always look for stores that do not force mask wearing. The store in Florissant not only requires it but is very rude.

Ask for Ashley! Super friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to be kind and patient with my needs. You don’t see that kind of customer service very often these days. THANKS ASHLEY!
