AT&T Store

The manager who helped us was amazing! He was ready at the start of our appointment time and helped us and made the wait for my new phone transfer pass quickly with good conversation. The second associate in the store was polite and friendly. I had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Hi I would like to thank this store and the employee Larry for the good customer service on my sisters prepaid service. I opened up a new account and did know if it would work with the opus mobile/home phone that we got her. It ended up working out Larry made this experience with easy and seamlessly.

I want to give a review of service I received on 10/15/2023 at the AT&T Corporate store in Creve Couer on Olive. I walked into the store for my appointment and instead of being greeted by an AT&T team member at the door. They were sitting and standing at the tables, I was shock because I’ve never experienced this before. I felt they didn’t want my business; however, I finally walked over to the table and Madeline F. helped as best she could. The experience was not the best and I was a bit disappointed of the customer service experience after being there 3-4 hours. Happy Holidays.

This place was excellent and knew exactly what they were doing. We went to the Bridgeton location first and had horrible service and a bad experience. Went to the Creve Coeur store after to try to resolve what we needed and they were friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything that we needed as well as being personable and great to work with. In and out 20 minutes with a smile on our faces

From our first time visiting to the time we actually decided to upgrade our devices the team was extremely attentive, informative and helpful. Thanks to Chris, Marq and Jai who finalized the transaction. Very clean store, calm environment not pushy at all.

Jai, Chris, and Marq helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. And provided great customer service. Clear explanation of how it can be done to help us seamlessly transfer our old phones to the new lines.

I had such a great experience at this location. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable but Jai spent a ton of time with me and answered all of my questions. I know where I’ll be going if I need anything else!

Came in for an upgrade and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was greeted when entering the store and that is a big plus for me. Very pleased with the customer service!

We came to AT&T to trade in my husbands phone and discuss an issue with mine. Larry was super helpful, and straight forward. He offered solutions in a timely manner. We spent far less time in store than we normally did with other stores. We did end up coming back for an accessory and Dee (the manager) was so polite and kind. This store is the best experience we’ve had yet.
