I just had an amazing experience at this location. Recently I have been having issues with my back, knees, and feet. My doctor recommended to start buying wide shoes. I’ve never had a need to until now. As soon as I walked in an employee, Andrew, introduced himself and offered help if needed. I took him up on his offer and I’m glad I did! He was able to point out which shoes came in wide off the top of his head. He helped me choose a pair that fit well and also helped me try on two different kinds of insoles. My feet already feel better and I walked out of the store with my new shoes and insoles. Thank you, Andrew!

I dont always have luck finding a women's size 11; however, customer service is excellent. This store has a variety of shoe brands and styles. They are able to order shoes for you...not sure if you have to pay first but its still an option. Join their rewards program. I had a $5 coupon. Very happy with the products and service at this Creve Coeur location.

I knew what I wanted going into the store, I'd seen the Bearclaw boots at another Famous Footwear the previous weekend. The young gentleman working that day greeted me kindly and professionally. I found the boots after looking at clearance stuff first, per the young man's suggestion as you could buy one pair of shoes and get another free. I tried on the boots I'd come in for, the young man working checked me out with a smile on his face.

I was there today to try on boots and was disappointed because many wouldnt fit my calf. I was about to give up when Katie, a store employee, came over to help and she recommended a particular boot that was not a "wide calf" boot but it met my criteria and she said another client with larger calves had tried it and it had worked for her. She even sat on the floor and helped me lace it up so it fit just right. Without her suggestion, I would have never tried those boots. She was sweet and considerate and went out of her way to help and because of the "wide calf" boots she was personally wearing, I even decided to buy a second pair of the same ones she had! This was one of the most positive shopping experiences I have had in a while and I will definitely shop in that store again even though I live closer to the one in St Charles County.

Me and my wife went there we were looking for a dress shoe for me to wear and they have a really good selection they're very helpful they had a clearance all that we didn't get anything that was on clearance I liked it a lot
