Kind of empty, but did still have a decent selection of candy and balloons. The check out was easy and the people were kind. This will be my one-stop shop for candy 🍭 though!

There was so many items to see and choose from, it was a fun kind of overwhelming! We needed tear-off tickets for an event that we could not find in two other different stores, but we were surprised that Party City had them in stock with FOUR different colors to choose from. A friendly cashier topped off our fun trip up and down each isle. Go here before you go have fun !

We had Great service at Party City Creve Coeur. During the Halloween costume weekend rush, the manager was very attentive and provided outstanding customer service. We will be back for all of our party needs!

Stopped by this location to pick up some balloons. We had no idea what we were doing and the customer service was so informative and patient. Olivia was especially helpful and went above and beyond to provide us with a solution for our mistake with bad time management. Saved us and the party! Thank you so much Olivia! She’s the best!

I enjoyed my time in this Party City. I purchased two numbered balloons and they added the helium for free since the balloons were larger .. it literally took less than 5 minutes 🤩 The balloons were for a friend's Photoshoot. All right to this photo is owned by GN Photography 📸

I stopped by the one close to my home here in Olivet Mo around 5 pm doing busy peek time….Everyone was so nice & kind….I found my St. Patrick decorations got in line only had one cashier, she was extremely pleasant and efficient and bubbly getting folks out fast as she can….What will be helpful on a busy Saturday have two cashiers instead of one…..I love Party City! Very clean organized store with HAPPY PLEASANT EMPLOYEES…..Outstanding Service! I’m A Happy Customer! 😊😊😊

Went there to check out what the store had in stock. I really enjoyed the selections and you can color coordinate almost anything. If an item is missing from your list, get everything else here. Worth the one-stop for all party needs. Not disappointed.

The employees that work there are absolutely amazing. As busy as this store is, they try their best to get customers in and out. Unfortunately customers don’t understand how busy this store is and get frustrated with the wait. However everyone knows businesses are short staffed so patience is a virtue.

Ordered some balloons. They were totally backed up with orders but they squeezed me in. The balloons were ready when they said they would be and looked great. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.

My husband 60th Birthday and he was surprise

I bought several things from here for my son's party (3 total visits) and had a great experience. We were able to get what we needed & staff were helpful. I do recommend checking availability online before you go and come with some time because I notice they get really big ballon orders at times and there could be a wait in line when it gets busy.

I shouldn't be telling this story, he's gonna be mad. But I'm pretty sure he doesn't look at this. Anyway, a "friend" wanted to get me birthday balloons here. So we pulled up and I waited in the car cuz it was a semi-surprise. I didn't know what to expect. He comes out with 2 number balloons that are supposed to represent my age only they do not. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭😭😭👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 So after showing the excitement and joy that I did feel for this gesture, I cracked up and let the po' baby know that the numbers were incorrect. 😂😂😂😂😂 The walk of shame back into the store to get the right balloon was a better gift than the balloons!!! Aww man...it was hilarious. He actually blamed me even though we have known each other more than 10 years and we discussed my age the day before lhh. I love it!!! This place will ALWAYS hold a fond memory for me🥰🥰

This store is great, never busy when I go. Clean, staff nice, had a good selection even when it was Halloween(expressive). Thanks for the great experience .

Came in last minute asking for them to make me a surprise gender reveal balloon on the spot! Was also the night before thanksgiving so the store was pretty busy but the staff was still so sweet and so accommodating! They made sure to keep it a secret from me and had it done so quickly. Turned out perfect!! Thanks again!!

Awesome first of all I called all of then but the young lady on olive was the only one willing to listen to me and understand me. I went to 2 of them personally and I had to wait on someone which I didn't mind, but there really was no help. The olive locations we only saw the young lady and manger and even though it was busy they were awesome. The girl even had my items I call about at the counter. The manager was overwhelmed but she was awesome as well and she was helping, cleaning and helping on the phone. My son needed pieces for a costume he already had for a play at school. The piece I hot were ok, made it work, but a little expensive but I needed it. I got a. New toddler policemen shirt, and new duty belt and hate, and it came to almost $45.00. That was expensive to me....but he needed it.
