Thomas was extremely thorough and honestly just the best to work with.

We had some unique complications and he was more than willing to go over every last detail until we were all on the same page.

He took the time to double check anything if he didn't already know the answer to make sure we were getting nothing but accurate details/advice.

And on top of that, he was easy to communicate with and a joy to be around. Highly recommend dealing with Thomas at this store!

Tomas was amazing, I had water damage on my previous phone, I received the new one and brought it to the store so they could help with retrieving my information! Thomas spent the time with me explaining how everything works while waiting for it to download! You can tell he is really passionate about helping the customers! You should have a Thomas at every store, alot of people have no idea about how to manage the phone! He is amazing, I will always call before I come to the store to make sure he is working, it was a great experience! Thank You TMobile!

I would like to share my experience at the Olive T-Mobile store. It was VERY positive and I would recommend this store to all my friends. Thomas Ebert, the mobile expert, went out of his way to help me. His guidance, his patience, and the way he explained everything was exemplary. If I could give ten stars, I would. I was very comfortable, and he answered all my questions. For someone who isn’t that technological to get that kind of service? It’s not often that we see that. He is a keeper. Even his manner and tone are so professional, and he really cares about the customer. If you ever need anything, come here and ask for Thomas.

I would like to give a shout out about the great service I received from the staff of this branch of T-Mobile, specifically from Brandon Stone. We experienced unheard of technical difficulties during a migration to T-Mobile and Brandon persevered, finding the solutions and went to the trouble of keeping me updated when he was no longer on the clock. I am one happy customer and will be recommending him to everyone that I know that wants to change providers.

My daughter and I went to several TMobile locations on Tuesday but this one by far was THE BEST! Every worker in the store welcomed us and made sure we were taken care of. Joseph helped us upgrade a phone and was so friendly! We will definitely make this our first stop next time! Thanks so much.
