Going to Ulta to get my hair done is something I always look forward to.
Especially if I’m getting my hair done by Jessica, with all the personal care she gives and attention to details, it’s like having your own personal hair stylist.
She listens and takes into account the history of your hair before transforming it into something new and beautiful. She’s always there to give helpful advice to products in the store and leave you with new knowledge to improve your style.

I went in there for the hourglass concealer and the girl that shade matched me was so sweet and helpful! I wish I would have asked her name, but she really took her time with me! She showed me some of her favorite things, and was very honest with me! I never felt like I was being “sold” on anything, she was just very kind and wanted me to look and feel my best! Will for sure be going back :)

Penda was so knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me and my niece find a great highlighter, lip oil, spf moisturizer, and shampoo. She had such great suggestions and was so nice.

They have every beauty, hair and skin care item I could ever want. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Levi did an AMAZING job with my color!!! Could not reccomend him enough. He made me feel super comfortable and was able to give me exactly what I wanted! His attention to detail is amazing, very knowledgeable about all hair types. Not only did he give me a fantastic result, but he walked me through what he was doing the whole time so I learned a lot about my hair and products that will make my new color last. So happy I found someone that has 10/10 customer service and 10/10 stylist skills.

I pretty much never leave Google reviews, but I got a spray tan this past summer for a wedding and needed someone to shade-match some foundation to my neck.

I wish I could remember her name, but the woman who helped me did an incredible job matching me; my spray tan looked just about fresh-done the whole weekend!

The employees are always so helpful and polite. Aurea was extremely patient and friendly as she helped me find the best foundation for my skin. Highly recommend, will be returning

Stopped in on a Sunday evening and got friendly, great help from a couple of people in the back of the store, but my cashier Celsea was exceptionally pleasant and helpful!! THANKS!! 😃

I recently moved to the area and started shopping at ulta for the first time ever about two months ago . I think Tori for brows is great ! Today an associate ( I didn’t catch her name ) was so helpful . I brought in old products and she helped me replace them . I was in a hurry and was very fast and polite . The cashier was Laura she really was great and provided great customer service skills . She was helpful and kind .

All the ladies were helpful and friendly. I knew nothing about what I wanted and the ladies asked questions. Gave suggestions and assisted. I'll be back.

Sydney knocked it out of the park today! Just a little bit of kindness goes a long way! She was helpful over the phone, quick to make sure we had everything we ordered also she made sure we had no questions or other beeds! There has been a big turn over in the atmosphere and staff from negative to positive -kudos to the staff at heritage!

Great place to find any kind of beauty products, including a huge selection of fragrance for women and men. The staff is always super helpful without being overbearing

I walked in with to this store with no idea about anything and Kendra (I think that's her name?!) stuck with me through thick and thin untill we found that exact tinted moisturiser! 40 mins later I walked out after testing about 6 different products. She's the go to girl! Highly recommend her. ❤

I just went into Ulta to pick up a few things that I had in my cart from online my gift card at the time did not work but that was OK when I went into Ulta they took care of me and gave me a lot of free items as well thanks Tiffany and team you guys are doing a awesome job

I'am hair illiterate and i looked a Hot mess. Sydney ,Autumn greeted me with warmth and great kindness. They were non judgmental.They were passionate about there profession helped any way they could. My children and I are african and we have coarse Coily hair which most stylist dont want to deal with Sydney and Autumn had no prejudice against working with our hair.I got the best hair products,stlying tips, they recommended. I also spoke with Tory over the phone and she was fantastic very professional and Informative. Kendra the manger spoke to me as if we were long lost bestfriend s reuniting😁.ulta beauty customer for life❤❤

I came in on a Friday morning to get makeup. I have no idea what I'm doing. I haven't gotten color matched in 5 years. All four of the women I worked with were patient, kind, and so knowledgeable!

By far the friendliest location I've ever been to! They are so helpful and so friendly, And they are happy to help anyone find the beauty products they are looking for! Thank you so much for making the curbside pickup experience easy and enjoyable during COVID!

One of my go to places for all mine beauty needs. I love that you can find your budget products and your professional products here all-in-one place and men can even shop here to whether they realize it or not. It's a great place to go for gift giving to and the fact that they have salon services here that are always extended in growing with the new trends is such a great thing for today's generation.

Ulta,.... one of My favorite store, you can find product in any range, price depends on the product and there is always substitution for expensive one ,return policy is so great, I always go to different ulta stores I always experience different thing every time , being from customer want to end up with the part of the team, which I love the cosmetics industry, it depends on the experience of the sales person to give you the right shade or product but I know one thing , the are always ready to assist you, !!! The struggle is real and we all want help, that’s why they are over there, we all need to understand that first come first serve, !!!
I met shelby yesterday, she was trying to help me to find the best foundation shade, very pleasant and humble girl!!! I was so satisfied and end up with hair cut and style , I literally spend my day there, hair was so Good, ,,, ☺ lucky me. Ulta is the best!!!!

I love this store. Walk in and your greeted and asked if you need help and then THEY leave you ALONE. If u can't locate an item just ask. My daughter loves this location.
