AT&T Store

I have had several encounters with Connor at this location. His knowledge of phones, plans and service convinced me to drop T- Mobile after 21 years (5 lines). He has saved me an untold amount of money, time and headache. I recently went in to get a new and again the service was great. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. A great experience once again.

We went in to upgrade our phones and had Connor help us. He was very knowledgeable about the products and ways to help us navigate our new phones. It was a great experience overall, highly recommend this store, even the manager Morgun was incredibly friendly and willing to help when Connor didn’t know an answer.

The Associate Tanner helped me tremendously. He communicated everything very well. I understand what he was saying. He is very respectful and help me with all my phones needs. I recommend this place and will go to this location thanks to him. Thank you Tanner for awesome Customer/Sales service.

This place was the best AT&T store that Ive been to. Tanner H. who works there was such a great help. He was the nicest worker I've ever met from At&T. I do not usually leave reviews, but I had to because he helped me save money, helped me manage my account so fast, and he helped me setup my two hotspots for the next six months in the best way possible. He definitely is a great representative. If you go in to this store, please ask for Tanner H. He’s a huge help. Makes any process with AT&T so fast.! And also this store is so clean. Customer service is very fast and the whole store is a vibe. Great music, easy to relax in the store. And again, customer service is A1.

I recently changed over from a satellite dish to High-Speed Internet and received an unexpected level of after the sale customer service. After Tanner Howard, at the Plano Texas store explained the features of High Speed Internet to my wife and me he offered to come to our home on his own time and walk me through the setup of four TV’s. The store closed at 8:00PM. It was 9:00PM before he was able to lock up and drive to North Dallas. Tanner was there until 11:30PM and then had an hour and half drive home. I can’t thank him enough.

I went to the store last week and was helped by Tanner. He was the only employee at the store and had to run around helping everyone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond for his costumers. Highly recommended! Thanks Tanner!

Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily helpful with sincere concern for the customer. Have visited many AT&T stores, but this is unquestionably the best. Tanner is a great representative for AT&T and seriously knows his stuff.

Tanner went above and beyond helping us figure out our phone situation. Made some much needed adjustments to our billing and was super friendly with everyone. I hate coming to phone stores but he made it special.

Eimad was an incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional representative of AT&T. He identified my issue, promptly fixed it and was very pleasant and easy to work with. I felt he went above and beyond to solve my original issue and he advised me on other issues I asked about. He helped me save money by taking the time to go over my current plan vs newer plans that have come out. He made sure I was getting all discounts for my account as they had not been applied to my account before this visit. I've been using AT&T for over two decades and he is the first employee I've come across to compel me to write a review. I recommend this location and team.

Excellent service. Connor was knowledgeable about the best deals and helped me quickly find just what I needed! His manager was also quite helpful with his resourcefulness.

The easiest buying a new phone has ever been. Connor went out of his way to take care of all of my needs and I had left the store feeling thoroughly impressed by him.

Went into the Plano store to have them help me with an Upgrade and I worked the manager Morgun and he was fantastic. He looked at my bill and got me $20 off my internet and $30 off my phone bill! They also helped me transfer phones and was very patient with all my questions. 10/10 will be back

The rep that helped us was very knowledgeable and helped me to find the best possible plan for my situation. I had a very old phone and he explained the benefits of having a brand new phone and features. How I was being charged extra data use on an old outdated plan. I was so impressed with his salesmanship and he even told me to bring my new phone in once it arrived so he could help me set it up.

I drove from Shreveport to Plano Tx to upgrade my daughter's phone. When we entered the store Tanner Howard and Eimad Asmar greeted us with the biggest smile the best customer service that I have ever experienced. My daughter had a crack in her phone, so he gave us the best information to get the best deal for my phone for a trade in. Came back the same day after doing my claim he suggested and he took care of my upgrade! They made my experience so amazing that I will drive back to Plano just to have them for any of my needs!

Tanner Howard is so awesome and he has great personality and enjoyed his amazing customer service and I really appreciate all of his help and I would definitely recommend him a great sales agent for AT&T and I’m a very satisfied customer after my experience with him 😌
